@@sakshisharma4783 thanks ❤️I'm speaking from experience here because I was raised with two parents who carried alot of trauma and projected it heavily onto me and my sister, but we chose to turn it around and work on transforming ourselves... And sometimes... That pain can actually make you into a far more powerful and impactful human being than someone coming from easier circumstances. And infact.... In often does. It's just about the choices we make and how we choose to let those things shape us 😊

Hope At least their baby won't steal other people's work and make money out of it like his/her father and talk about spirituality. He doesn't even do what he preaches(from other people's quotes) I used to love him, not anymore! Even when my friend asked him politely about his plagiarism, Jay blocked my friend. Moral of the story: stay focused on your mission and goals and don't overthink too much about finding the right one. Because there you will find people who have similar values with you etc. You never know how God will introduce you to people.

As mentioned by Radhi, tougue scrapping is one of the routine done based on Ayurveda. In Ayurveda, the oral cavity is considered to be one of the main passages between our body and the environment so maintaining proper oral hygiene helps create balance and an overall general wellness. Because the tongue is a conducive environment for bacteria to thrive, particularly the region towards the back of our mouth, it’s less than ideal for our tongue to serve as a five-star accommodation for bacteria.
Tongue scraping helps manage the balance between a healthy mouth and healthy you because of these benefits:
-Cleans toxins and bacteria from the tongue
-Helps remove coating on the tongue that leads to embarrassing halitosis (bad breath)
-Helps eliminate undigested food particles from the tongue
-Cleans the taste buds to enhance the sense of taste
-Promotes overall oral and digestive physical well-being

I have a theory that once you love yourself fully you fully accept yourself and only when that happens you’re ready to love others fully and thats when you find your soul mate. Your soul mate often looks like you because you’re attracted subconsciously. I’ve seen so so many couples that looks like each other or siblings. And yet here is another couple looking like the same soul just male female versions of each other.

Watching this makes me reflect on myself and realize a lot of things that i have been taking for granted and haven't been grateful for. I don't know why but i am smiling throughout the whole video. I love that Radhi had that attitude that if you didn't love her when she was being fully authentic by dressing comfortably, then it wasn't meant to be. I've had that book on my shelves for a couple of years now, so I just pulled it down to add to my current reading pile. When my first husband and I sought marriage counseling with a minister, one thing he said stuck with me, "If a couple tells me that they never fight, then I know that they never talk." As you said, we're all different from each other, and that was his point. It's HOW you fight that's important. Jay, I do love your wife, I found this because I recently subscribed to her channel. This was awesome, very cool to hear the two of you talk about your relationship and how you make it work so well. I agree, having a strong spiritual practice helps a lot. 💛❤️💜

wellnative1 wtf? Don’t be so annoying. It isn’t true. Nobody does anything so appearance altering. Only celebs do that and even that they go in for procedures that are not very noticeable. I am annoyed not angry 😒
