Having been a waitress/bartender for about 10 years, when I would have a table that was very kind and very polite and took the time to actually listen and remember when I said my name, I swear they made me feel so good and I would go so far beyond for them and made sure I gave them whatever they requested during the time they were sitting at my table. It wasn’t for the tips but just because their energy was inviting of my energy. Their positive energy was a great addition to my energy.

Wow, her perspective on the betrayal she's experienced is incredible. What she's saying is from next level consciousness. The ability to come from a place of forgiveness and understanding versus playing a victim takes a type of maturity that is hard to come by and extremely rare. Props to Khloe for being so evolved, truly. I'm impressed.

Khloe. I don’t know her personally, only what I see on TV. She does not come across as spiritually advanced or grounded. So far there’s two men who disrespected her in the worst, most humiliating manner. Dogs, both of them. She’ll never get it no matter what script she reads for Jay Shetty. I’m surprised Jay amused them on his show. Normally, he has brilliant people who are changing the World for the better. My respect-o-meter’s needle for Jay just plummeted. What’s next?

Her saying that she forgives tristian made me so mad and still does, but after listening to her and after recalling certain breakdowns and mental health talks I’ve had with myself the last couple of days I’m realizing now that the only reason I was so mad “for her” was because her situation is definitely one of my biggest fears and women in my life have always presented things to me in a way that made me feel like I have to “protect” myself from men.
I say this to say that when she said people are negative on her IG or or even like negative comments (me, I’m sorry) it’s a reflection of their own insecurities and negative energy. So thank you Khloe and Jay for this interview it was very eye opening and enlightening🤎

I can feel her authenticity, and I feel guilty to admit that I'm surprised by it, since I'm not familiar with the Kardashian family other than I know they have a show. I've unconsciously judged her family based on pop culture opinion in the peripheral. I'm proud of her, as a human sister, for the way she's handling her growth. She has such a beautiful potential to be a healing force to others through her vulnerability, honesty and humanity. Absolutely lovely.

And I am so grateful to have heard and been a part of it. It shed light on things that I am currently working on in myself - namely judgement that I harbour towards others for simply living their lives (insane confirmation as soon as I wrote that - Khloé said "living our life"), regardless of THEIR intention and the kind of life that they live. So so much wisdom that I am going to take from this into my own life and reflect upon.

Empathy is one of the hardest traits to teach to our children. Once you get to a certain age if you lack empathy it’s so difficult to gain that trait. Teaching our children the ability to feel something that someone else is feeling that they’ve never experienced is truly a beautiful thing. Caring in a world where we’ve been taught it’s safer not to give a f*#! is truly a courageous move.

I don't think empathy is something we sit and teach our children about. They learn emphathy from experiencing our empathy for them. That way they develop trusting and secure attachments helping them build empathy for others. If a child is never shown empathy how can they ever truly understand it.

It was the “10 foot rule” if someone is within 10 feet of you, you smile at them. I do this until this day, to everyone. I have relearned a few things I need to do to heel my self. I use to journal but some events happen and that is when I stopped. I love Khloe and I respect her. Jay shetty I found you on RUclips in 2015 and I fall in love with how special you are! You helped me pull through a broken heart and a 15 year heroin addiction. You inspired me then and you and your wife and your guest are truly a gift! ❤thank you! I’d love to tell my story one day to you and to the world.

We must learn to DIM the mind and brighten our hearts. Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is 10x more powerful than Intellectual Intelligence (IQ). What if we lived in a world were the ‘Smartest’ people in the world were actually the dumbest. We’ve been taught to use our brains more than our hearts and we wonder why there's suffering in the world. This world is reversed. Do the opposite of what ‘they’ tell you to do. The heart is the first organ to grow in the body. Follow your heart and use your intellect as a co-pilot to assist the heart.

I had to do this yesterday at work. The veteran was very frustrated at a situation and started in on me (the messenger). But instead of trading energy for energy (which i normally would do), i understood her frustration. I just let her get it out. I hope she realized even after all that, the issue didn't change.

I love journaling as well, writing in a journal can serve as an emotional outlet. It allows you to express and process your feelings, reducing stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. It can be therapeutic and help promote emotional well-being.
