Thanks for the simple diagramatic explanation. One point I'd like to add. In the beginning you said there is receptor tyrosine kinase mutation and that is only true for CML. The rest (PV, E.thrombocythemia, n myelofibrosis) have a non receptor tyrosine kinase mutation(JAK2 mutation).
