    The brain reacts more to silence than noise | Silence Rewires Your Brain
    For years, we have heard the advice to watch less television and read more books. Absorbing the wrong energy will create negative consequences. Now, science is revealing it may have more to do with the differences in how the brain responds to noise and silence.
    According to science, one thing that can increase your intelligence is doing nothing.
    This is not to say you should curl up in a ball and hide under a rock. Exploration and relationships are keys to opening your mind. At the same time, you should to take moments to be still.
    If you feel the urge to have some quiet time. Listen to your body. Even on days of continuous hustle and bustle. You should take time at lunch and before bed to keep silent. It’s for the sake of your present and future brainpower - and mental health. This may be a practice you have been subconsciously doing all along. If not, now is the time to start.

Because I do love my lively energy and I love to be silly and be a child at heart. I’m wondering if I should not talk at all.

    Awesome and so true! Society has become so loud and obnoxious today that I find myself craving just plain silence more and more, and I used to be the type of person that needed noise to sleep, like city sounds and such. Now loud noises and people yelling actually make me cringe!

      Same here and therefore I found it upsetting and annoying because I felt as if they underestimated my intelligence. I heard some of my former peers talking about me behind my back saying 'Tash, does nothing' at university when studying course. Sometimes I struggled to contribute to the group projects. I know that I am intelligent deep down.

    I'm learning the power of silence at this point in my life.. From a person that's been extroverted all my life..I recently stopped talking and what I've noticed is everyone's asking me if I'm ok and people seem to start just giving me stuff.. Some people are intimidated and the females I like now just come up and talk to me.. It's weird for me..

    I've just recently learned about the power of silence and it's a lot more than one would expect. It's not only making you find peace and become more intelligent. It's actually allowig for you to stay calm and not get irritated or stressed out from triggered througout the day and so there's less inflammation in the brain so you don't get dementia and Alzheimer's early.

    I had refered few videos on 'topic silence' subject in once life to lead happy life. it is to some extent only. silence does not make perfectly happy. Simply we r social animals. Example we go around sight seeing we feel very happy but it is temporary fun is visiting touring places as desired. but people r not peaceful n happy why the reasons not known. To what extent silence makes man perfect n happy still some cases silence people r unable to be happy is proved in many cases some time silence people r scoring less marks in their progres compare to noise people r more scoring than average students even school noisy children makes good marks surprisingly
    compare to silence children. silence people cannot get social attachment n r missing golden opportunities in all matters very often in this world.hence allow or invite socially all types attachments n learn n live careful perfect intelligent n happy life. careful is 30% n intelligent 30% n also 40%learn n live careful happily to check progress in social attachments n be perfect man useful to all as n when people help needs/ require.this is called learn n leading useful to self n also others. be careful always before helying others n should not expect or remember that I have helped be secret to itself always.

    • @balaplaza5162
      @balaplaza5162 3 года назад

      If one person checks his service that he helped few people in life in the past n results n feels that r not good. never mind go head keep helping secretly n after some time u willreceive wonderful results beyond some body keen expectations. practice secretly the miracle of helping somebody n leading life with little noisy people. the true meaning of NOICE meansclose attachment heart to heart without noise person feel that he is sailing his life in mostfearful boat always. hence be happy when person birth mother is our noisy n heart attachments since we not only share blood of mother n father but also their noise .

    Weirdly, the overly- enunciated narration delivery in this video tends to undermine the case for silence. A calmer less insistent voice would have been more aposite.
