As soon as you said to assign specific times to do tasks my brain shut down. I've tried and I just can work with a rigid schedule. I can already feel my stress levels rising just thinking of it.
You don’t have to be accurate. It’s just a guess! And you can time yourself for the activity to see how long it really takes you. Don’t be discouraged, friend! You’ve got this!

I lost my half fare card for the buses and subways, today, this morning, I admittedly right away signed up for another card on the computer, and made a copy so they cant say, I never sent it, if idont hear from them in 2 weeksill make another copy, and mail it to 3stone street the mta head quarters ny 10004 see how that works , I dont dillydally @ all ill get on to it right away, I went to the back dr. he wants a sit down MRI ill do it tomorrow stat thanks for all your great advice and it is a pleasure I know u in person through Mike Fisher, PHD tell him I said hello ok, I miss him a lot, u too and dan,

I used to do this as a teen when I had things to do & my mother would be snide at me & put me down - I am so glad to see this! Thankyou! 🙏🌹
