    Today I want to share with you a video about cooking a very unusual, but at the same time very tasty dish called Arzuman kufte. Big boiled meatball!
    Arzuman kufte- an indispensable dish of the Khan's festive table
    One of the very first recipes for making kyufta is rooted in an old Turkic holiday dish. It is still popular in the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan.
    The essence of arzuman kufte is that it consists of minced lamb, and the dish is not baked, but boiled. This is the largest meatball in the world, comparable in size to a basketball.
    After a huge meat ball is formed, with two protruding bones of the legs (they could be chopped off at the very beginning), it is wrapped in gauze and dipped in boiling water for 4 hours.

    The main thing in the preparation of arzuman-kyuft is to knead and beat the meat with high quality. The larger the kyuftushka, the more uniform the stuffing should be.
