The only thing I did differently was not add the peas and carrots to the rice because my kids do not like them. Other than that, I followed the recipe completely, and everything turned out delicious! I can't say thank you enough for sharing these recipes with us💐.
I just made this it’s sooo good! I made a few modifications. I used thin sliced chicken breasts, used the stuffing as a topping, and used white rice. Overall it turned out delicious. The topping would be perfect as a dip. Great recipe!
I did this really appreciate it only thing I did different was I deep fried the chicken I was able to wrap the chicken up so the slit will not be open so the stuffing will not come out this was a hit in my family really appreciate it TCTTYL

One ☝🏾 it is cooked tuff, Two probably two days old tasting Three cold under the heat light 💡 more than 5 hrs ago. Prefer chicken thighs or chicken wings it was extra cost 💲 didn’t care 🤷🏽♀️ . Life gets better in cooking when you know what to do? Before it was a garbage 🗑 throw away expensive meat. Definitely going to try this but one question? Do you make the slit toward the top or the middle of the breast? And do you care if some of the stuffing falls out of the breast during the cooking process? Also..are we placing it in the oven covered or uncovered?? Thanks

Now THAT sounds sooooo good! Throw some salsa verde over top and at the last 10 minu5w, hit with some Queso Blanco sauce! OMG! Heaven!
