Thanks for the recipe Mr MIH 💥. My go to is Prego or Bertolli. I’ve always stayed away from homemade sauce because I’m in the kitchen for a good time not a long time (pun intended) but this looks doable 👍🏽.
Lmaoooo I’m dead @ I’m in the kitchen for a good time not a long time 😂😂😂😂😂 I feel you sis lmao
@@thatgirlshaz It’s true 🤣
I mix the garden vegetables prego and four cheese Bertolli and its perfect 🥰
Rao’s is really good if you don’t have time for homemade sauce. A little pricier but definitely worth it.
@@patriciaxoxo26 thanks for the tip 👍🏽
This looks absolutely delicious. I have never made chicken parm before but I intend to try this recipe. Thanks.
Wow! I ended up making this tonight and it turned out absolutely fabulous Mr. Make it happen! Followed your recipe to the exact letter and it turned out great. Made the sauce the same as you do. After 8 hours of being gone from home, when I got home that beautiful aroma is still there. Definitely making this one again. Thanks😎👊🏾
Tomato Paste: My mom has ALWAYS used Contadina tomato paste which is what I use. I've tried other brands but always come back to this one. Fresh Garlic: Always. Yellow Onion: It's a little sweeter but it kinda replaces the sugar to cut down on the acidity of the tomato paste and the stewed tomatoes for my homemade sauce. Still a pinch of sugar works.
Another amazing dish, Mr. Price! Made this tonight and it was better than every chicken parm I’ve had at ANY restaurant, seriously. I made my pasta with Alfredo and then I made some roasted broccoli with garlic, Parmesan and lemon. Good LAWD you’ve got my family eating well! We are blessed, man. Thank you as always for sharing this goodness with us.
Do you mind sharing your roasted broccoli with, garlic Parmesan and lemon recipe please? Thank you.

I often make my own sauce but if not there is nothing better than RAO”S
I definitely agree I love Rao’s
RAOs is by far the BEST sauce I've ever tasted
I love Classico tomato basil sauce. I don’t have to add anything to it as it is seasoned perfectly. This looks delicious! My favorite Italian dish.
I love this recipe and if I have a jarred sausage rails but I still add stuff to that one too but most the time I make my own my 17-year-old son said he likes it better when I make it so that’s a huge compliment coming from him we love chicken Parm glad we found you
I do both. I actually have been using your recipe for my sauce it’s amazing! As far as store bought for my Marinara I love Barilla and if making regular Spaghetti it’s Prego!
Say it with me..Looking Good!!
I'm definitely going to try this delicious recipe 😋
I always love extra Marinara but I put it on the side so I can dip my sandwich in it. This recipe looks soooo Delicious I can’t wait until it’s my turn “To Make it Happen!” 🔥
Looks so good I am going to try this at home mmmmmm.........
👍
This inspired me to make this tomorrow. I make mine almost exactly the same way. Always sauce from scratch
I usually don't have time to make sauce from scratch, so I most likely would use Classico or Bertolli.
Once I started making my own sauce from scratch, I have never used store-bought. I love homemade sauce.
I'll never buy another jar of sauce! I'll make it like you do!!! My mouth is watering!
I make all sauces from scratch ❤️ can't go wrong when you know what's in it, delicious dish as always, thanks for sharing ❤️
Nice save at the end when you noticed the lack of sauce under the chicken. I truly enjoy your videos and the succinct brevity of the content. I mean really who needs to watch prep work being done ad nauseum.
My son and I miss your intro. Cooking your fried fish tonight
Ive been making my own sauce for a few years now. I always add diced tomatoes too but usually for my meat sauces
I don't even have any idea why chicken parm is one of my favorite comfort foods. I didn't grow up eating it, my first time I had it had to be in a restaurant. I love making my favorite restaurant meals at home. I've honestly been kind of discouraged making chicken parm at home. I have never found the right recipe. THIS IS IT!!!!!!!! One of the main reasons I love cooking at home is the control of the ingredients. I like my food spicy so I added more pepper flakes and it was PERFECT. It was so good. I made sure that I had leftovers so that I can have one piece for dinner and another piece right now for breakfast . THANK YOU for this recipe so simple yet so frickin DELICIOUS! * Insert chef's kiss*
I use Victoria vodka sauce because it is my wifes favorite. Then add to begin fresh minced garlic, finely chopped onion , dried oregano, basil and parsley. Parmesan/Romano cheese. For the breading I use Italian
Styal bread crumbs add all the dried seasonings above with the usual flour, egg, mixture. For an extra kick
dried red pepper or pickeld jalapeno
for the Mexican slant aka Veracruzana. Good stuff indeed ! Oh I forgot the black and green olives !
Just made this dish today and it's so delicious! I'll be making this sauce from now on. Thank you!!!
Oh my! I think I ordered this one! *raising my hand, waiting for my delivery*😅 (it looks phenomenal!)
So grateful that I came across your channel! I’ve been in search of new recipes and will definitely be trying this! I also watched one of your previous videos where you made collard greens and babyyyy! Let me tell you, I made it exactly the way you did and they are so delicious! *chef kiss* I had been making them wrong this entire time! And never knew that I could add the ingredients that you did (celery, bay leaves, thyme)
Can’t wait to try to this chicken Parmesan!
And I will definitely be booking you for my birthday dinner considering that you are relatively close.
One of my Italian favorites.
Made this tonight, doesn't look as pretty. Absolutely delicious, thank you.
Look very delicious 🤤😋 I love chickenParmesan
Looks delicious👌i usually make the sauce from scratch but when I don't have the time i just get Rao's brand.
I make my sauce in the crackpot while I'm at work. Now it's not as lovingly made with sautéed garlic and onion (I dump and go) but it's still better than jarred.
Rinaldis is my go to sauce but I’ll definitely try yours.
i use cento brand for all my pasta needs, theyre certified and are still grown in italy.
Your the Best CooK in the World, all of your Recipes the De Bomb! Thanks Mr. Make It Happen! ❤️ 😍 !
WOW! I'm gonna have to make this tomorrow!
Mezzetta marinara in the jar is amazing .
Always have pre-made sauce in the freezer after making it in an 18qt stock pot. I use Prego as a base stock and add our own recipe of ingredients. Chicken Parm is one of our favorites and you have a couple of good twists that we’ll incorporate.
'Like a textbook I never used in community college'; man you are hilarious! We're here for a good time & not a longtime.. you have some other gems. I love the channel.
Every time we’re down south we have to stop at a Harris Teeter! Great supermarkets!

My go to is fresh marinara from the Pizza Place across the street… most delicious Sauce EVER. 1 Qt. $8… No fuss No muss.. I use it for every recipe calling for Marinara ❤❤❤❤❤
Than you chef..
I make from fresh because that is how my grandmothers did it and it's the only way I know how

I do onion 1st then garlic
Looking good! My go to is Bertolli pasta sauce 😋
I enjoy all of your recipes. I just discovered your channel a few weeks ago and I love it. I actually use to live in Milan for more than a decade, so I learned how to make many different sauces. I've never looked back since, lol 😆 Keep up the amazing videos! Blessings and abundance, always....
Barilla is my favorite for sauces and pasta
Fork drop and my mouth dropped too! That looks good!
Phenomenal job Matt 👏🏽 🙌🏽 you did that.. Truly Chefs Kiss 💋
Another winner chicken dinner.I love the way you build so much flavor in your recipes. You really love what you do and it shows i, and comes through your creativity. Matt you have yet to make a recipe that I don’t like.
Love the way you made your chicken parm, very thorough and looks palatable, as well as inviting!
Bon Appétit and more power to your vlog!
I buy Ledo’s Pasta sauce but I occasionally make my own. Your parm looks delicious.
I know this old video but i use both, homemade or Rao’s marinara sauce. Thank for great video
I’ve only been here one reel and one video and dammmit I love it here 😩
I'm a prego fan. Parmesan looks delicious😊
Half the Mozzarella & I'm in!🤤
Just ordered your All Purpose Seasoning.
Thank you!
I LOVE SPICY FRIED CHICKEN AND SHRIMP PARMESAN AND ANGEL HAIR PASTA AND ROOTBEER TOO
I use to make my own sauce, since I’ve gotten older not as capable of cooking as much. When I do I use Rao’s.
Looks great! I will definitely try this. My fave store bought sauce is Rao’s, love it!
Rao’s is the sauce of choice for me
When he added that parsley 🌿 at the end yum 😋
Cause why the hell not!-Mr. Make It Happen
French Dip can you make a great French Dip ?💖
I actually have found Hunts to be an exceptional option. I simply add a bit more Garlic.Seasoning and Red Wine!
Wow!
Nice looking dish.
I always make my own sauce and I like the way you make yours.
I've doing something for years you might want to try,,,,
I put just a teaspoon or so of high quality instant coffee in my sauce.
I like the "Mexican" varieties as, well they just taste better to me.
I do the red wine thing now and then and the only other thing I add is a bit of sugar.
Dark brown for me but I like intense, full-bodied flavors.
The instant coffee takes it in that direction. Probably like Worc sauce does to other dishes.
Take it easy on the instant coffee if you try it the first time,,you can always bump it up if you like it.
The flavors will intensify the next as you know.
Keep up the great work!
😎👍
If I don't have the time to make my own marinara from scratch the next best thing is Tantillo Pasta Sauce Pomodoro... it's the best tasting jarred marinara I've ever had.
Marinara is meant to be a quick sauce. Tomato sauce is different. Tomato sauce is I've of the mother sauces. Tomato sauce is thicker and the one that's supposed to take some time to make. Marinara is thinner and fast. There's a difference between the two
Thanks love the channel
I make my parm just like this. Very good👍🏾
I make my sauce from scratch as well.
I can taste that from the screen. I know that is good. I will try this. I use Muir Glen-Herb for a quick pasta dish. Love your recipes!
I make from scratch using Pastene and Cento.
I make my tomato sauce from scratch just like you did
I used to make my own sauce from scratch - enough to eat pasta for dinner for a week but had to stop because concentrated tomatoes upset my gastritis. Also, pasta’s not good for my diabetes and I’ve tried gluten-free and just can’t dig it. So if I have pasta rarely then I use Sclafani sauce. It’s pricier than others but worth it.
I make my own sauce always 😊
Favorite store bought aka me being lazy sauce: Rao's.
Would you be able to do an Eggplant Parm? 🤗
Hi! No oil in with the egg? I was always told that the oil in with the egg wash helps adhere the coating to the meat. Would a pork chop be made with the same breading/coating? Thank you Chef!
A wise man once told me homemade sauce takes store bought sauces lunch money any day of the week
True indeed
Prego or raos are my go tos
I over seasoned mine but delicious non the less! Haha thanks for the recipes as always!
Is there anything this dude can not cook? Yum
My favorite chicken Parm oh freakin yes
Ok fresh Parm to the panko ( I learned something new)
Ridiculous good!!!
I make freezer spaghetti sauce then add meat and tomato paste when I cook it
Smart
Bro u crush it every time.
so Delicious i enjoy watching your videos
I buy sauce at store, I love Raos
Lookin good 😋😋😋!!!
What’s going on man 😂 you skimping?? Switching up on us?? 😂😂 0:14
i make my own sauce, when i do use store bought it's hunt because i can't have red food dye
Food well done and and hairline on point
Can't wait to make this!
Looks delicious got to try this
I default to your recipes and your you-tube channel all the time, but I cant find your cookbook, what is the name of it, is it Mr Make It Happen, perhaps.
What type of veggie pasta would you recommend?
