Jeff. Just watched your video. usb and bootloader download, but DFU Device dropdown under Serial Port won't show at all so I can't finish process. Reloaded several times no change. All current fw .0,6.0 etc. Any suggestions greatly appreciated! Tom
@@thomasschwyn4212 you need to install the drivers first with the module connected to your PC via usb. If the module isn’t connected the drivers won’t install, and you won’t be able to select DFU mode.
The flash worked with different USB cord. Current firmware shows in Flash Multi etc. However when I go into Multi lua script on my FrySky Tandem X18S to bind to Spectrum BNF none of the LEDs green or red come on to bind. I believe the lua script is the latest. OS is ETHOS. Any suggestions? Thank you very much for the help! Tom
Talked to Steve S. at FrSky USA. Power off was module looking like all the way seated, but wasn't. Transmitter is an X18S Tandem. He noted after fidling and a few times of on/off it is ok. Thanks again for your help! Tom
I wanted to program this thing so I could fly my RC model here in my ranch. not to fly a SpaceX or NASA rocket into orbit. Cause im not a rocket scientist… I’m gonna return this transmitter tomorrow. This is a just a bad nightmare.
