    For those not familiar with cpf, if u hit FRS, monthly MA will flow into OA also.
    Montly OA will be $2040.23

    Eric, Queens Peak (next to Queenstown MRT) has 5 bedroom units. asking $4.3m and rental at $10.6k. 2002 sqf

    Thomson Garden Estate most recent caveat for the $3.08mil unit is move in condition! Quite nicely renovated one too although google maps can’t see

    Before hdb clear my cpf for bto, can I whack them all in stocks and funds? Will hdb ask me to transfer back to cpf when taking keys?

      Or u can choose shorter term treasury bonds to be on the safe side.

      Yes you can whack. That is what I did... I park 100+k CPF OA in stocks, let them wipe out OA to 20k.. then after collect key I liquidate back change to bank loan... 1+% interest rate that time, but CPF earning 2.5%. Eric focus on property ah.. stocks u go see Sean ... Eric helped him buy property also haha

    Is there a chance of a 4 bedder in chuan park for 3.1m? We were told a 3 bedder in 8@BT indicative is 3.1m already.

    6800 gross salary monthly cpf isn't it supposed to be 2.5k?

      I think Eric is referring using OA which is 20% of 6800

      cannot just use rental - instalment. need factoe ppty tax, maintenance fees, agent fees and tenant issues.

      Based on 35-45yr, OA = 0.5677 * $2516 = $1428 => can be used for monthly mortgage
