The main thing is most Indian car buyers does not know the importance of 4x4 system and hence fall for fancy features in cars and hence car manufacturers are fooling them with fwd cars labelled as SUVs
As far as my knowledge, estate and sierra (India Spec) didn't had any 4×4 system. And speaking about sumo, the sumo 4×4 was only made for Indian army exclusively
