Love hearing/seeing younger generations channeling the Dead. The Dead have such a great catalog it's like an endless rabbit hole these kids can fall down and it keeps getting better and better.
"Cosmic" is what I used to use to describe the The Flying Burrito Brothers back in the early 70s.; Cosmic Cowboy Rock. Daniel really gets the Dead songs. Great interpreter of Hunter/Garcia.
I just watched Johnny Knoxvilles performance in the Gram Parsons movie. Fuck man that was intense lol. This god damn song is intense. This cosmic country is intense. My mind has a hard time connecting the notes at their shows. This mf plays like bucket head after a bottle of tequila and mescaline…. That waymore blues in Huntsville, damn. Keep it loose keep it tight!
Awesome show!!! Daniel needs to record and release these live shows on CD & iTunes!!!! These guys remind me of the old days, reminiscent of Pure Prairie League and the New Riders of the Purple Sage back in the early 70's. They're certainly a whole lot more exciting to listen to than the typical redundancy of todays cookie-cutter, fake Country music acts......... Does jazz belong in Country music? Hell yeah!!! Whisk me away boys........ Yeee Haw.....

Such a magnificent performance, I’m so blessed to have Daniel donato and his band in my lifetime🤟
Bass player is [also] fantastic.
