      @@guide9441 Ya that is was I was thinking. If you look close (with pause buffering on 0.25x speed) you can spot some noise or light being spread to different parts of the robot that are not moving.

      Yes, we use Blender for rendering and CAD, and Adobe Premiere Pro for the video processing.

      @@theashbot4097Had to go with lower samples for some of the scenes in sequence because of how long some frames were taking to fully render (ex. 2-3 minutes)

    How are the hinges on actuators activated for hanging?

      Member of 14825 here. The hinges are pulled into place by bungee cords when the actuators are extended.

      @@assetswaffles Really?! my league has not even done state tournament. And that is really what your robot does? Do y'all plan on showing a real life autonomous run, and driver controlled run with hanging? I am really confused on how you get the hook to go straight up.

      @@theashbot4097creator of the animation here. Yeah couldn’t get it to work in time for the final animation but there is a bungee cord hooked onto the plastic green hook that tensions when it is pulled away from the robot which moves the hook upright on its attached hinge.

      hello! We use HSV color detection via OpenCV. Technically RGB color detection will work as well but HSV is more reliable.
