Cargo Run Shortcut

It is much faster to drift around the track, and the reversing bit is just too slow to make it a viable shortcut. 2:44 is the fastest time I could manage using the shortcut. I could've done it slightly faster but it really isn't worth it.
This is a shortcut that was previously discovered by Serge and Xcon. I found out about it because I was thinking that it should be possible to do, so I went ahead and did it.
