I keep a spray bottle of water in my kitchen to keep the cats away… I only had to spray a couple times then they would just run when they saw it in my hands…
It has kept our kitchen cleaner and saved our furniture in the living room as well ❤

Looks delicious and I happen to have o e cup of starter. For me, 1 1/2 cups of sugar is on the high side. Do you think it would work with 1 cup of sugar?

I have never cooked with essential oils before, so when I’m ready to make this I’ll go ahead and buy it from your recommendation.

Also, I like the fact that you actually scrape the entire contents of the batter into the pan. So often in these home cooking videos, they leave a significant amount of batter/dough etc. in the bowl... what is the point of that? Just seems wasteful. Your videos are closer to how the average home Baker/cook really does it in their own kitchen, licking fingers and all, even if they'd never admit it! 😊

Do you think this could be baked in a loaf pan? Also do you think it would make one or two loves?
That should work fine. How many loaves you will get will depend on the size of your loaf pan. I used a 13"x9" baking dish and the cake was maybe about 1" high. Hope this helps 💛 ~ Anja

Have you ever let this go through a bulk fermentation? I have 2 kiddos that are sensitive to gluten.
You can easily do this in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours

You could but then you have to let it ferment longer and some people are concerned about the raw eggs in there ~ Anja

White Sugar is bad news for health so I use unrefined brown sugars
