Cheers for this video. Had fun following along. One thing I couldn't get working was changing the stroke width of the vertical lines near the end. Changing the colour works but stroke appears to get ignored. Looks like the lines are actually thin rectangular shapes with 4 corner points - may have something to do with that but couldn't figure it out (up to date version of PS2020).
nordisknz Most likely the alignment of the stroke is set to Inside and it should be Outside. Hope this helps!

How do you change the stroke weight and colour by using the shape layers to trace the artwork?

I love your stuff, and you inspired me to do this, but I can make the lines, however after that I cannot brush it in, for me it just creates a lot of problems and just does not work. Thank for the video.

Does this work in Photoshop cc 2018?
I tried doing this following the steps exactly but for my own shape and I cant seem to get any of the glows or blurs looking as good as yours, it just appears way less so there is virtually no colour or when i increase it a bit and add the gaussian blur its just way to overpowering. Any ideas for why when I add the same outerglow effects mine doesn't show as nearly as well as yours?
same here: my outer glows dont light the white shape like his. They stay white as milk whatever
