Hello to all of my Solar Eclipse Timer users out there! Welcome to new eclipse chasers that are now hooked on solar eclipses after seeing the 2017 United States eclipse! With this video, I have started my work to make this the BEST RUclips channel dedicated to preparing people for future solar eclipses. I will now upload to this channel instead of my other channel, Foxwood Astronomy. I have many, many eclipse related subjects to cover including episodes on advanced photography. Please subscribe! Please enjoy, you will learn a lot!

What a wonderful idea for a video! The rotating camera is cool. Yes, the 360-degree horizon is awe inspiring.

      J. Stribling, I am so glad you watched this video! Your comment is what my eclipse education is all about! Giving people ideas on what to do and if they want to do it, teaching them how to do it correctly. I want you to enjoy all aspects of an eclipse! Gordon

I've already tested the app in the 2024 path both in Arkansas and in upstate New York. It is working fine for that path. But the next release will be limited to the two South American eclipses in 2019 and 2020 as I add some new features. Gordon

I'd rather be where I was for the one at Norfolk in 1970:On a street with tall buildings on both sides of me as the dark/light effect works better.
