Reminder that Teto’s samples are pitched up and heavily modified in external software, that’s why she sounds so different from Mayo. I can definitely hear Teto’s timbre in Mayo’s voice though.

Everyone sounds similar to their voice provider except for Teto XD
Well, Teto’s samples are specifically altered to sound artificial, so that makes sense
Unless you tune her really good then maybe right?
@@metalman0961 I doubt it. Oyamano Mayo has a slightly deeper tone than Teto does, so even if you tuned her really well I doubt theyd sound the same. Not even Tanjiro's tuning makes Teto sound like Mayo

MetalMan 09 It’s not really a matter of how good you tune her. Teto is voice acted, and even more than that, her samples are edited pretty heavy. She’s designed to sound different from her voice provider, many of the other voices hear either use raw/semi-raw vocals, or aren’t voice-acted nearly as much. Ritsu for example is just his voice provider’s natural singing voice.

Reminder that Mayo was in junior high when she recorded Teto's original voicebank. Her voice matured over the years, so no wonder she has to voice act to match the original's tone.

I expected to have a 10000 effects, and for nanahira to sound normal.

For your information, yes I know the voice provider for Namine Ritsu is Canon. The only image I was able to find was one for Kanon. Since the names are similar, I thought I’d use that image. Sorry to everyone I confused!

The voice providers sound scarily similar to their Utaus! (except Teto, that is) Even the majority of the Vocaloid voice providers didn’t sound as similar to their Vocaloids as this, Canon might as well sing and make everyone believe it was just kyaami’s tuning of Ritsu😂

Yeahh thats why i was wondering why SynthV teto sounds different from UTAU Teto. UTAU Teto's voicebank was modified to sound more robotic and was pitched up, meanwhile her SynthV wasnt so it sounds more like Mayo's actual voice!

actually, Darling Passion is one of Darling’s voicebank settings. For example, Hatsune Miku Dark or Tandoku Teto (if you get what i’m saying). Therefore, her name is only Darling. Her voicebank setting is just being applied after her name. I’m sorry if this confuses you but I hope you get what i’m tryna say lol
Idrk if this helps but another example of a bank like this is UTAU named Wanda (SHES rllllly nice). If you use her power bank, it’s Wanda Sharp, and if you use the multiexpression, it’s Wanda Qingxin (I think lol). This is exactly how Darling works
