Yes sir. Im not sure if the spark is hot enough but it works... my carbs are dirty which is most likely the cause but i was just wondering if the r.a.v.e could be a issue. Im not sure what its used for and ive nvr had to work on the r.a.v.e before
The valve keeps the exhaust port smaller on low revs, that will give the engine a better throttle response on low revs, and when you rev up the engine they slide open and make the engine breath more on higher revs. In short a variable exhaust port.
Since I own a triple I have so much fun taking these apart each year and cleaning Them haha.
Inline Performance ya
Great info, thanks for sharing!!
No problem.
It's rotax adjustable variable exhaust actually
My rave valve on my ,1999 mxz670 h.o has the oil drain hole on top, I got the sled like this is this normal or is it sepose to be on the bottem
The clips to take the caps off you just lift them up and leave it connected.
Thanks but i have no caps on mine why? Mach 1 700 triple 97
No caps and you have RAVE valves?
My sled is only running on one cylinder could the r.a.v.e be a issue worth looking into
Have you confirmed good or no spark to each cylinder>?

What year and model of sled?
What’s the purpose of these ?
They allow the engine to rev up and perform better.
