Night events are about being ilegal: jumps, drift and speed. Those are the areas the police looses to you and how you evade them. Thats why most night events tell you to do them.
Sipher Cooling It’s violently difficult tho. I have only played like 3 hours but cops at lvl 3 go insane and you can only repair at gas stations twice.
Other than the 3 repair limit which could ve adjusted. I really raised my brow at that part of the video and was needing him to explain fast. But yeah challenging cops was what I feel most want. The repair limit however, maybe should go out the window
The difficulty gap between 2-3 heat level is huge first you got 2 cops then you 5 or 6 cops on you. But this easy to beat if you upgrade your car enough
having difficulty escaping from heat 3 cops simply means one of two things. your car isn't upgraded enough and you can't get high upgrades because your rep level isn't 50 yet. the other being you're bad at the game, at least when your car rank is 400+. if you struggle even then... i got no words. that being said, once i got to lvl 50 with 400+ cars at my disposal, it's sad now. Getting chased by the cops at 5 is now only a minor inconvenience, because it's pretty damn easy to lose them. In short, I think the cops are too easy. We need Heat level 10
What do you mean, we've literally been asking for harder cops for years now. They've been laughable at best before and now they're finally a challenge. Sign me up.
They are challenging, but the issue is, if there isn't a ramp nearby, losing them is damn hard with an early car. Do more than 2 races at night and shaking the cops becomes impossible because ur heat increases during pursuit as well as when you crash a cop. Basically, if you don't instantly lose the cops, it quickly becomes impossible to do so, so you find yourself doing only one or two races per night.
@@jonahanderson9210 I agree. I was stupid enough to get into a Heat level 2 chase with the 180SX you can start with, I think the only part I had changed at the time was NOS and turbo. It's difficult to outrun em if your car isn't built for running fast lol. Once you get a car that can fly off the line faster, tho, taking that risk for more rep starts looking more enticing.

His mother was so paranoid and delusional that she considered a racing game the equivalent to, like, The Anarchists Cook Book... SHBlade ye I gotta agree the cops in Most Wanted were piss easy once you know how the ai works, also MW had pursuit breakers, and no health bar, just made the chases way easier, that’s all without using the slow down time effect
@@shblade5984 Mediocre is a negative thing if you didn't know. To me they're good at what they're supposed to be doing; trying to arrest you or stop you
Another thing is that in mw 2005 the heat level has a limit depending on how much progress you have made. In nfs heat it doesn’t matter because the heat level just keeps getting worse. I’ve never seen anyone pointing this out and I think that’s why the game is broken when it come to police chases.
The problem with your critique is that you’re kind of a in a way looking in from the outside even though you’re playing the game. For example: the cops. The cops being this hard has been sought out since 2015 and the heat level since Payback. To them, the hardcores, the enthusiasts, the cops are amazing. But to the average casual gamer or reviewer, the cops will be seen as unbalanced, which is exactly what the enthusiats want. A challenge.
Kevin Reilly have you played Underground Underground 2 Most wanted Carbon You can grind money to buy more car after end game and you can re do some race event if not all
I've been playing the series since Hot Pursuit 2 from way back in 2002, and In can most definitely say that the cops in Heat put the rest of the cops in the series to shame. Even compared to MW 2005's cops, they are more difficult. They don't need to be redesigned, they just need to be tweaked slightly. A difficulty in line with 2005's cops would be much more desirable.
On a level tho I missed the difficulty since need for speed carbon and most wanted it makes you feel like you accomplished something when you finally do a race or escape hard cops, games in general are becoming easier and that's why I'm happy that I hear that nfs heat is actually a challenging game. Plus this losing a lot of reputation thing adds tension which imo makes the game even better.
3:23 clearly he hasn't played too long, since there is a rough checkpoint in the game where your car can generally get away from most situations, until the choppers and corvettes pile in. I can almost guarantee you will have a different view point once you've played through the campaign and want some end game. What you've said in this video is generally spot on, but when you have access to everything and nothing to use it on, it really puts you off from playing, other than collecting all the vehicles and trophies.
I only played Forza Horizon 4 and I don't really understand your comments lmao, I was shoked by the AI, I find it very very good in this game. Maybe it depends on difficulty or it was a problem in the previous game ??
I remember getting NFS on ps4 and I was pretty excited, then I saw that I would need to be online all the tine.. I took that garbage right back to store.
I wish the cop difficult level was made in another way , this way: Normal police car can easly be outrun by a fast car. The difficult spikes with more police cars and others types of cars(diferent cops car having realistic speed comparing to a car at the same type) not by their durability or speed itselft( same car) this would make the game so much better for me....
Zekroi I thinks he’s talking bout how a crown Vic can keep up with everything, like what’s the purpose of having the corvette police if the Vic is that powerful 🤣
How I loved that game. I don't know if it is nostalgia, but of you ask what my favorite racing game is, it would probably be midnight club 3 dub edition. Also the instrumentals when you start the game was one of the best intros I've heard
I'm playing on Hard difficultly (most of my experience is older NFS and Mario Kart lol) The races are great. I find that the recommended level is pretty close to what I need to win. I usually hover 20 points above and I can still get 2nd or 3rd, but what's really key is that changing up my technique or the tuning of my car has a real impact on my placing. Enough so that I'm confident that a good driver could win these races even if they were below the recommended level. I find that instead of one car that's always ahead its three cars that just launch off the starting line. It's enough that I'm usually fighting for a position. The cops are unbalanced. Hitting level 3 heat is like a death wish if you dont have a strategy. You gotta know where to go and how to shake em. I'm talking taking corners late so they blow past, pushing them into buildings, tricking them into lakes. I hope they even out the progression more, cause hitting heat 3 means you are hitting 4 or 5 pretty soon. That plus traffic makes it pretty difficult to get around at night. I'd recommend the game. I really enjoy it

Quad turbo supercharged Regera you ever tried playing Rivals as a racer the traditional way? Even as a racer the only 2 powers I would really use were Turbo and Jammer cause that makes it feel more closer to the NFS style instead of taking out the other racers like in burnout.
There's a lot they can improve I really hope we see the return of pursuit breakers. If they added that the game would feel so much better. It would add more to the action. Which would be epic. Especially when you get to heat level five. The cops are so relentless. And I love it.
The heats fine. If I had a “slower” car I’d cash in at 3. But later in the game when I started to get faster and better parts the 3-4-5 heat levels matched well. Dude if you’re halfway through the game expecting to beat end game cops your crazy. Just get better bro.
Heat 1: Crown Victoria Heat 2: Dodge Charger Heat 3: Chevy Corvette Heat 4: Ford GT40 Heat 5: Bugatti Veyron For example. What cars would you put in each Heat tier?
I just really wanna refer to the point of sticking with one car for longer (6:00). I literally started the game with 180SX, and finished it with this exact car lol fully upgraded, forged SR20DET swap, 900HP. I just added MX-5 to drift (which I was forced to change cuz game kept crashing when I wanted to modify it), Chevy truck for offroad and that's it lol Later I got R32 for racing too, but my main focus was still to upgrade 180SX. You can finish the game with one car for each class easy! Had quite a lot of fun tbh!

Cars being restricted to a class is ok because heck, only 1 mechanic,Rav,and you can't offroad your mx5 miata drift for fun,you are fighting for the city.
I have to say, while I've seen those races where one car just shoots off, that's usually more of an issue with the Power rating being a pretty vague number and those times usually just made me retune my car a bit and it turned out fine. The thing with the police for me is not that the cops at Level 3 and up are actually too hard, maybe except for that corvette that's usually the second thing on my tail as soon as I even TOUCH Heat 3. If you end up in those levels in the first nights where you're DEFINITELY not ready for that, that's usually your own fault for being greedy. I'm just not that happy with the huge jumps the Heat level gets whenever you crash a cop, if I have 3 level-3-cops on me, that's basically a guaranteed Level 4 and thus usually reinforcements. But I'll see how thigs go when I get into the upper levels of performance. I enjoy the fact that they're not pushovers, I just kinda miss the MW chases (and the MW chase music of course), but I guess that would go against that risk-reward-theme they were going for. Lol true tho. There's always excuse
Lmao he's crying about heat level 3
The difficulty gap between 2-3 heat level is huge first you got 2 cops then you 5 or 6 cops on you. But this easy to beat if you upgrade your car enough
I’m in heat level 4 and I managed to escape from cops
having difficulty escaping from heat 3 cops simply means one of two things. your car isn't upgraded enough and you can't get high upgrades because your rep level isn't 50 yet. the other being you're bad at the game, at least when your car rank is 400+. if you struggle even then... i got no words. that being said, once i got to lvl 50 with 400+ cars at my disposal, it's sad now. Getting chased by the cops at 5 is now only a minor inconvenience, because it's pretty damn easy to lose them. In short, I think the cops are too easy. We need Heat level 10

Yeah and blackpanthaa is ahving fun about hitting heat whatever
What do you mean, we've literally been asking for harder cops for years now. They've been laughable at best before and now they're finally a challenge. Sign me up.
Hell yeah that's what I was thinking.
The cops are very fun in heat
They are challenging, but the issue is, if there isn't a ramp nearby, losing them is damn hard with an early car. Do more than 2 races at night and shaking the cops becomes impossible because ur heat increases during pursuit as well as when you crash a cop.
Basically, if you don't instantly lose the cops, it quickly becomes impossible to do so, so you find yourself doing only one or two races per night.
if this is the case im definitely buying this game. payback was too easy
@@jonahanderson9210 I agree. I was stupid enough to get into a Heat level 2 chase with the 180SX you can start with, I think the only part I had changed at the time was NOS and turbo. His mother was so paranoid and delusional that she considered a racing game the equivalent to, like, The Anarchists Cook Book... Mediocre is a negative thing if you didn't know. To me they're good at what they're supposed to be doing; trying to arrest you or stop you
imo MW cops werent hard until heat level 5 and even then you could cheese them pretty easily
The game is clearly too difficult for him.
Mario Kart this is not, sir.

Righteous, Midnight Club LA and 3 are my favorite racing games.
I'm playing on Hard difficultly (most of my experience is older NFS and Mario Kart lol)
The races are great.

Forza horizon 2: "Hold my baguette"
the horizon series is forzas attempt at an arcade style racing game...
FH2: FLiPs In MId AiR
Dude. It's not the game's fault you're bad at running from the cops lmao
Did the whole story, am now sitting at lvl 50 got most ultimate parts.. aaaaand only been busted twice.
Edit: not busted per se.. just rammed to death by a rhino lmao
Edit 2: at 6:48 just saw this doofus hold on to his nitrous until he hit the jump LMAO that's not a fucking jet plane 😂😂😂😂😂
He actually hit the nitrous after he went into the air.... He actually did that... Like the fake ass gaming flames coming out the exhaust signaling nitrous actually generate some amount of thrust that would propel him while airborne. Dude... Your car gains forward momentum entirely through the driven WHEELS.. This ain't a fuckin jet car Jesus christ. No wonder he's complaining... Can't take this video seriously. I bet he can't even drive a manual car (not that you can't be good at a racing game without that skill but I'm judging you regardless. Lol)
Pedro fuckin same here hit the level cap and beat the game and have most of the ultimate parts and a good portion of the collectable even did the discovery event in an under levelled car and won its sounds like just complaints about it being to hard whereas I like the challenge more intense then payback or 2015 although I miss the crash cams from payback when you take out cops apart from that minor complaint I think EA actually listened to the fans and gave us a game that pays homage to the greats like most wanted 2005 carbon underground 2 hot pursuit and dare I even say pro street I think it's the definition of the perfect nfs game
I'm fresh off playing Rivals again n them cops ain't down for the BS either lol
I agree them fuckers go hard 😂
Rivals cops I could deal with despite them being absolutely relentless. The coppers in Heat are more like, the T1000 terminator, or the first fleet Admiral from monster Hunter, or Goku, or every other action anime protagonist ever like I'm literally hearing DEJAVU memes blasting from the cops speakers as they gang bang me into a wall and my car starts playing Daniel Powter's 'Had a Bad Day'.
EOD Ace cops really aren’t too hard in heat. Don’t get me wrong they are challenging but they aren’t impossible.
@@brendankay1238 They haven't witnessed the Most Wanted '05 Cops and Hot pursuit 1 Cops
Soooooo what your saying is...you just can't take the heat 🔥🔥🔥🤣 ....I'll just see my way out now ...
"THE COPS ARE TOO HARD"
Me: "Ah haha jokes on u, RSR I choose U!!!"
Wait is this racing dark-souls.
@@JustDevon dirt rally doesnt punish you tho. Not really anyway. Its difficult, but not because losing is a big deal.
O wait just saw you said 2.0 which i havent played so idk if its just as forgiving in terms of actual loss of progress
That's F1 Race Stars
This is literally Racing Dying Light
@@jayjaygolden5123 oh it's punishing alright. take a 6 stage rally for example, you crash, loose minutes of time, not the rest of the stages is balancing your broken car and making up lost time. doing that in vr is even more challenging
@@nathansilva5749 yeah but you can finish comfortably 5th or 6th place every race and not really face any repurcussions
Your review is your review, people just try the game and see for yourselves !!
Does make you think through your right but made me think about at least till there tweaked it saved me 70 quid
The game is good, they just need to fix the freezing issue on ps4, xbox and pc... that's the only thing frustrating me atm.
Finally cops that I can have fun getting away from. Every other past need for speed game recently the cops have been way to easy
re: loading times on pc - upgrade your machine? I’m actually shocked you mentioned it as in issue because I was happily surprised with how quick and snappy my game is doing every single action.

He has mentiioned numerous times in the past, he has a top-of-the-line PC. i9 CPU, RTX 2080 Ti, etc
@@sirebellum0 lmao on my 1070 and intel xeon it loads in like 10-15 sec
Ps4 and standard hdd loads in a few seconds too. Not sure what could be wrong with a high end pc 🤔
He have lag in the video lol
I haven't play a race game in years I bought this game because I heard good things about it. Next thing i know i spent 100+ hours and still playing having fun!
It's very early some of the problems you mention might be fixed from the first patch, official release is in 2 days xD.
“Nfs heat is soo bad”
*Drives like a blind man*
I noticed that lol NFS payback had a great driving feel... but you had to use the brake every now and again
@@SAUCETREEZYTV I think NFS Payback is good except for speedcards...
But still, people complaining about challenges for visual customization, like bruh in all nfs games you had to do something, level up,reach a blacklist member etc
And also, the addition of off-roading was good.
Cars being restricted to a class is ok because heck, only 1 mechanic,Rav,and you can't offroad your mx5 miata drift for fun,you are fighting for the city.
@@SAUCETREEZYTV for drifting,it was good in that game, very arcade-like and asphalt 8 feel...
Lol so true
I love this game but if I hit another invisible block on the road and flip my car again imma snap
Overpowered cops? That sounds good to me
Corvette in 05 vibes
Corvette and Rhinos.....heat 5. Bring it on
Hot Pursuit 2010 will always be the G O A T
Overall the first NFS I've bought since MW2012 and I don't regret it, it's a lot of fun.
I didn't experience the long loading times on PC. On my system they were actually extremely fast. So much so that it surprised me how fast they were.
same it took me about 30 seconds
NFS most wanted was the absolute best game I’ve ever played I so wished I could get it on ps4
who’s watching this video even though you don’t have the game
Im gonna buy it 2 weeks later
