Hello, habibi😁Happy New Year if this is your first time seeing me for the year! I toured the Hadley and TRACE in Midtown, Atlanta. Both were really nice properties! I toured two 2-bedroom apartments at the Hadley starting at $3800 and $4200. At Trace, I toured a 2-bedroom penthouse starting at $3600 (I think🥴)
Requirements for approval at the Hadley~
- 2.5x rent income
- Pass background check
- 650+ credit score
- $500 or 1 months rent deposit
*Leasing approval through Approve Shield
*5-7 business days for approval results
Requirements for approval at Trace Atlanta~
- 3x rent
- 3 Paystubs, tax documents if entrepreneur
- Minimum 600 credit score
- Pass background check
*Looking at debt to income ratio
*$500 or 1 months rent deposit
*Leasing approval through FOL Approval
