When listening to both the OG and Rhino reissue to review on my VC channel TONYS LPSRUS I was thinking these back ground vocals remind me of Queen. Wish I watched this in preparation for my video as I thought it but never mention it...thanks for a great interview.

The Cars are one of the US bands that never quite caught fire in the UK, managing to score just a couple of top 10 singles during their career. My Best Friend's Girl and Drive. They certainly have a great back catalogue.
