Lucy you are a wonder!!! When you look at their picture carefully you can see that the Owl’s facial features are different from what they drew for you to watercolor. Sometimes it pays to be a little bit rebellious. Love you ❤ Keep the smiles coming. 😊😊👍💞💞

Oops my finger slipped and I ordered this book and the Woodland one that you showed in your finished pages - goodness knows when I’ll find time to do them what with doing RC too LOL ! I am so glad u got these books!! I’ve had them for almost 2 years and not touched them bc I like following along. I have read them a few times to try to bring myself to work in them. And they say to make the light versions of colors to add water.

😮 love this!!! Looks like so much fun… might have to have a “digitalis sliposa” 😂. Water color is a medium that is trained in technique and loose in application, if that makes sense. The instructions seem like they will teach both. As for fur, working light to dark, layers will magically (no pun intended) come- like the way you worked from dark to light with acrylic on the church trees! 🥰

I think your Hedwig is actually much nicer than the one in the book....I'm looking forward to having ago, I really am not a painter and have absolutely no idea about drawing or watercolour but really want to try and you have now given me more motivation to have a go, so thank you!

I’m just getting around to watching this and I have had these on my watchlist for awhile. They’re beautiful books. On a side note, if you’re a Harry Potter fan, I just purchased a pdf colouring book from Fabiana Attanasio‘s Etsy store of Harry Potter images. Her rendition of Dobby is beautiful.
