Mam Mera 194BA ke under Rs.1090 ka TDS deduct hua tha but AIS report me koi income nhi show kr rhi thi to kya mai TDS claim kar skta hu

initially TDS deducted on net profit but after that one lost money in the online gaming and at the of financial year net winnings are negative, but in AIS they showed the amount credited as income, how to claim all the TDS as net winnings for the year are negative
