Sadguru Tyagaraja swami, in this kriti, beautifully sings in praise of Sri Rama.
He says, "O Lord Rama, O Lord Kodanda Rama, O Lord Rama - whose face vanquishes the moon in splendour, O Lord Rama - the protector of devotees.
He also goes on saying that "O Lord Rama, the Rama Nama is indeed superior ; only thought of Rama is enough, O Lord Rama govern me ; Lord Rama alone is enough for me"

This krithi on Sri Rama was sung on few occasions as lead singer by the one who took Ramavathara in threthayuga. Adiyen was most fortunate to be among the devotees to follow the krithi with great enthusiasm. That was one of the sweetest and most memorable rendition I ever listened in my life. If one google searches for that lead singing by Sri Sathya Sai one will realise my words. Of course, faith and bhakthi would count for enjoying that rendition. Sairam!!
