- There's so much good stuff happening in this video. I haven't been home for many of my wedding anniversary's due to work commitments and drag racing events. This year is kinda special because it's our 15th anniversary and so when my car broke at Rocky Mountain Raceweek 2.0 on the first day of the event, I decided to cut my trip short and surprise my wife by coming home on our special day. I also had another surprise in store for her, which was a custom 1966 Chevrolet Suburban SUV, which she didn't ask for but that I figured she would fall in love with. Watch the the video until the end to see her reaction.

We had 5 years of practice before getting hitched. Got all our drama out in those years. On year 15 of marriage now and 2 of 3 kids are grown and out of the house. Plenty of girls I'm glad I passed up.

You need 3 back up cameras and one forward camera. One on each corner of the rear bumper and one on the top center. The forward camera needs to be center top so you can see how close you are to hitting awnings. I did that to my RV and it works great.
Good idea. Those backup cameras are one modern computerey dashboard thing I really approve of. :)
We put one on the top of the box too. Just to see if we were going to fit through some spots. Saved our bacon 3 separate times already.

@@THRASHMETALFUNRIFFS i have a 7 inch 4 channel split screen. Got the system off Amazon.so there is only 1 monitor. Mine is mounted were a rear view mirror would go.
I grenaded my last Hemi when my clutchflite decided to have neutral where high gear used to be on an 8500 rpm shift.

That suburban is soooo nice!! I used to have a square body '81 with of all things...wait for it....an inline 6.I was 18 yrs old and I absolutely loved it.I would pile my buddies in there,bench seats and three row seating,toss a couple of cases of our favorite beverage in the back and go on epic roadtrips.

X's and O's painted on the side of the transmission case to denote the shift lever position. I do this on every manual trans with a side lever to make it fool proof for years to come.

That switch on the shifter is to spilt the rear gear to another. So if driven correctly it makes the truck a 10speed! There awesome,,once you really figure out how to drive them!

Yeah you could see it getting in the way when he was going through the gears. Good on a long open road trip, but not when you’re rowing the gears constantly.
All I've ever used was the left one, window sill is too high to be comfortable, and right side arm rest down sets off claustrophobia being restricted to such a small area

I hate listening to music when I'm traveling unless I'm alone. We talk until that slows down then we pop in some kind of comedy cd. Usually have a selection of R.D. Mercer or comedy tour or some other similar stuff. Much more fun.
