(not bragging, just giving my opinion)
I started to fly alone since my 12th bday (I’m about to be 18), and honestly, it’s the best thing imo. I learned how to be independent, and tbh, it’s less stressful. Yeah flying may be stressful if you’re not a frequent flyer, but the fact that I can leave for the airport, get whatever I want without my dad or grandma saying no, etc. is amazing. I’ve only flown on domestic nonstop flights (by myself), so international/ changing planes/ stopping once or twice flights, i’m not too sure about. So if any of y’all are planning to fly alone, I recommend getting a nonstop flight if possible! People (my classmates) thought I was crazy that I love going to the airport/flying alone, but it just makes me feel like a grown ass adult lol

I've been flying alone since I was 14 so almost 5 years now! It's super fun and you don't have to worry about keeping track of anyone else. It totally makes it an easier experience. You'll have a blast!

When I had to fly alone I was visiting my boyfriend in Germany. It was like 13 hours total and I had this crazy 7 hour layover in Russia haha I was so bored.

I have family that lives in Wisconsin too! And someday when I am comfortable enough to fly alone, and the pandemic is over, I’d really like to visit them again. We get to see each other for a week or two every summer, but since the pandemic started, the last time I ever got to visit them was in the year 2018 when I was 19 years old. Here we are in the year 2021 with a pandemic where we can’t see each other now in person and I am now 22 years old. Before the pandemic hit, I got to see them every couple summers. It used to be every summer, but then my dad’s work schedule changed, and now it’s every few summers. Since that time, I haven’t seen them in person ever. I miss visiting them so much!
