A Gershwin Portrait Medley - Part Two

As part of my final high school choir concert at East Stroudsburg High School South, we sang an 80 page medley of George and Ira Gershwin's most popular songs. This piece is tremendously fun to both perform, and to listen to. This second video features the second part of the fifth movement, and the whole sixth movement. Enjoy! :)

Seven years later, I am using this record to learn how to play this artwork on the drumset so i can play it along with the choir, and it is incredibly much fun!! Thank you so much for uploading, altough i wrote this comment seven years later, i hope you will see this!

God this is beautiful. Thank you so much for uploading, I've been searching for this version. This was the first big piece I ever sang with a choir and it is still as beautiful and filled with joy as I remember it. The nostalgia is strong when I listen to this. The choir here is pretty damn good and I enjoyed listening to this almost as much as performing it myself on stage. Well, I may or may not have sung along most of the time...
