Nah, since you never get to meet the AI like you do the others in the lore that part feels so unfinished, so my personal headcanon is that he's actually a ghoul in a nice suit, sunglasses and slicked back hair with a bottle of whiskey with a long history. It's the only way he could be so charismatic
Honestly? As disheartening as it is that we can't meet him, the fact that he's an AI doesn't really take much from the character. The Fallout universe is full of robots that have more personality and uniqueness to them than many of the human characters!
Play new Vegas I actually thought at one point I thought i was going to meet mister new vegas i actually spent a hole day trying to find out where that npcs radio station was in the game. Then i was really blown away when I found out he was an ai It's kind of sad because he had a lot of audio dialogue that was cut from the game. But then again I'm not quite sure if the dialog changes depending on a person's play though.
I just kinda assumed you couldn't meet him but I didn't know he was voiced by Wayne Newton thats awesome
