I always ask my wife that what's the point of giving our hard earned money to someone in order to get BP, Sugar and cancer in return. She has the best answer that is shut up and order 2 burgers and fries. 😅
Man, I am 24 and a year ago, I worked in a startup which gave me no time to eat, cook or even sleep. All I ate was processed food, had 4-5 hours of sleep and had stress literally always!! What happened next, I couldn't have guessed. Last year, I fell sick nearly every week, developed hormonal imbalances, and was deep down into stress EVEN after leaving the job. It made me realise that your job is literally secondary. You have to take care of yourself and your loved ones first and then understand work.
Man oh Man! This channel was a gem since inception but now its even more precious. Please do longer podcasts!! Abid sir is great and prateek sir has always been the infotainer......please continue this and increase its frequency.
This episode is my favourite of all.. I need more such episodes on food we consume. Because it directly affects us. How to eliminate plastic from the food we buy? Even rice grains are delivered in plastic bags to consumers.
The episode was so good. Just an advice for you guys would be in process of making us aware please introduce solutions also. I feel like I know the problem but can’t do anything about it
Generally we judge people by looking at their external appearance. But inside their personalities will be unimaginable. I'm impressed by their discussion. I want these guys to come up with more content which changes the mentality of Indians. Hats off to your work. Keep doing more interesting concepts. Thank you
Milk is sterilised either by pasteurisation or flash sterilisation. The packaging conditions then determine how quick bacteria can grow. So some would require refrigeration. Others can be kept on the shelf, but once opened they have to be refrigerated and used within 2-3 days. Milk should not have bacteria in it!!
I've been off sugar for 2 years now. I dont eat anything that I dont prepare myself or I can see the ingredients used to prepare. Best thing ever happened. Lost a lot of fat , no more desire to munch thourhout the day!
Glad that you legends are throwing light on this!, your team are pros. Also, could you please consider doing some video De-influence or influence HPV vaccination!

I'm studying in US. I took easy- moderate courses so that I can cook healthy stuff and workout. I eat junk food once in 40 days or more. But I have no choice but to consume milk, fruits, etc which come in plastic packaged bags. Now, I got thyroid despite having healthy food. I never had thyroid and shit when I was in India
Kudos to entire team 🎉. Well structured content with extraordinary editing 17:38 . That’s really impressive. Love to watch . However , information you guys are trying to convey is too 😟 scary.
I love all the content here because it's open transparent and facts are told But why he didn't answer for nandini milk which last for 90 days ? It helps people tell them it's good or not ?
@14:10, It would be wonderful if you could delve deeper into the contrast between embracing slow living and the tendency to quantify everything. In the hustle and bustle of modern life, it might seem unattainable, but perhaps it becomes feasible after reaching a certain level of financial stability. Nonetheless, this video is intriguing, enlightening, and thought-provoking!
Nowadays even the farmers are not honest. I bought green beans from the vegetable market. I came home and washed them and green colour started coming out of them.
@zero1byZerodha guys bring a simple table and chair rather than bean bags , it will be great for posture as well as confidence , just a suggestion 😊
i am eating 2 coconut flesh and drank the water from it a while back, then he is saying in 1:22 , its bad , i felt so irony in that , but the last food before that was packet food

Bro... Just that when my VBL stocks were performing well, you had to bring this up, didn't you? btw.. I have been on a whole food plant based diet since covid but I still hold stocks like VBL coz I know people will eventually give in to their greed and make me a sh*t ton of money. Hahaha
like u mentioned spectrum. processed food not evil, the plastic packaging are. For rural population, we need non-perishable eatables. poor areas can't afford fresh frozen food. when food are processed, they can be stored and transported long, becomes affordable by poor nations. the notions could be for banning plastic and coated paper straws, than targeting the science of non-perishables. // kindly publish peer reviewed studies on cancer-via-processed food below. // verdict: when u got option , be bullish for fresh and local. bearish on ultra processed and sugars.
speaking about packaging, I always wondered why a lays packet would be more than 50 percent empty. I know part of it is to make you feel like the contents are more than what is inside. but Imagine a company like that reducing around 50 percent plastic usage simply by packing in a different way. That's crazy to think about.
That’s actually filled with nitrogen that increases shelf life of the chips. Oxygen will attract bacterial and fungal growth, while nitrogen does not support life.
The comment will look offensive but imagine a humble person when reading it. I like the overall message this video is putting out but I don't like the part where you mix facts and infographics with discussions 1. At 5:00, you make a comment about how microorganisms don't like the food so it is bad for us as well. That is a bad deduction to make. I mean the whole evolutionary idea behind spices is to defend trees and plants against microorganisms but spices are not bad for us. At least the ones we eat. 2. At 8:30, your comment on boxed milk was also not complete and genuine. For one thing take tetra packs, they are an amazing innovation. It is a technology that enables us to preserve the sterile nature of product. I am pretty sure if humans had the choice to do it in prehistoric age , they would have done it. Also a type of processed milk allows for people with lactose intolerance to drink them. More than half of indian population have lactose intolerance and many don't even know about it. 3. At 12:05 , your association of vegetables and fruits being better because they are bigger and greener is not correct. Those qualities are a result of selective evolution by humans. The fruits and vegetables grown naturally have lot of flaws and they vary in sizes a lot and also age and change color faster because no pesticides were used. Google "wild bananas with seeds", that is what bananas used to be like but we selectively evolved them to be bigger, seedless and sweeter. Fruits in general are getting sweeter because humans are preferring them more sweeter. Overall video is good but I don't like the mix of facts and baseless/scriptless conversations in single video. It might be the style of video series you guys are doing but maybe include more robust scripted discussion for videos like these. edit: Dont spread misinformation in the pursuit of making them more entertaining.
A 19 minute video doesn’t do justice. Trust you will do more content around this subject. Say simply stuff like packaging material, cling wraps, foils etc. they are all BAD. But because of the large economic consequences attached, it is very difficult to put them out of steam entirely. Which is also why the plastic ban may never see the light of the day

Equate it with dying or less years staying together, maybe she'll budge
So i told this exact thing to her and she said that she'd prefer to die young than live a life without burgers fries and shakes.
@@nishu616 bhai 🤦, it was meant for you, you had to say that you will die young or something like that
@@nishu616 true, people just want to live short and enjoy life without worry
