Its more so Blade Runner meets Altered Carbon. The time manipulation thing isn't time manipulation so much as it is just a tool to recreate events based on its surroundings. So you can't really say this is like Bioshock when your "abilities" rely on technology rather than genetic powers.
3:47:22 Stranger Sounded so much like Trevor from GTA V (Steven Ogg). But it's not. Different voice actor Jonny Loquasto. But pretty dang close. Game is a bit of a mashup of Blade Runner, Bioshock and Matrix. 3:10:01 Music here had a bit of Alien flare to it as well. Alien "Hyper Sleep" Jerry Goldsmith 1:15 - 1:48 minutes into that music piece.
That's a bad ending, right? I saw the good ending (where the Murderer is called the Stranger instead and you sacrifice yourself to save everyone from it) and apparently you need to make different choices in the middle parts.
