Perfect answer from a guy who knows how to create over the top customs but still has to drive to the grocery store now and then. Mike, I'm sorry this video had such a tough start, but it's good to know you're OK, mostly. The good news is this is one of your best videos. Short and to the point, packed with footage of what great body and fender guys can do in a short amount of time. I'll bet this was an eye-opener for many of your viewers. One of the best scenes is when you and a helper are installing the hood, and your videographer is letting the camera roll while he and Carapilla talk about rigs they've owned--very cinéma à vérité. Like they say, "When life hands you lemons, make lemonade.

No doubt you made those cheap new generic parts fit better than most body shops would have. I had an older toyota run around truck and same thing girl stopped at the stop sign, looked right at me, and then pulled right in front of me. Mine pushed everything about 4 inches to the passengers side and tweaked the frame so written off. But at least her insurance company paid me out more than i bought the truck for originally. Bought parts for my 54 pontiac with it, lol.

As I’ve enjoyed every video, I have noticed the lack of a louvre press. I had 2 louvre presses over the years, Both built from Good Times Louvre Press plans about 35 years apart. I found louvre work fun and easy and it brought in some extra money. They never seem to go completely out of style and louvres seem like a good fit in the best kustom shop in the universe……what’s for lunch?

Quick way to get recycled US steel back on the road.. Lol on a serious note, hope you were wearing your seatbelt. You don't feel the force of the impact but a couple of days later. Good thing you're ok and have sprung back so quickly. Possibly food for thought,, one of our relics might not have fared as well. And know how many times I have been spared by the grace of God because of someone else's stupidity.. good to see you back on the mend. I watched the accident video a couple of times and the small tree put you at a disadvantage and her running the stop sign... POW! Right on the kisser! Lol
