Agents body language told me she was nervous maybe, probably googled you? I think she was right when she said the buyer would probably be a 1st time home buyer. What to say when asked if I am a wholesaler. My four pillars qstns to determine who many pain points. Asking the right qstns with the right tone ie quality qstns. Am I assuming correctly that in order to do wholesaling you have to have money? An earnest deposit of $5K is quite a lot, if not unattainable for most newbies.

How do I go about that and do I need to have a buyer prior to setting that up. Also, how can I get pass paying the cc twice with a double close.
My experience is you get it locked up at $285k and then can’t find a buyer. You end up wasting time and money and get burned out in dispo so you stop marketing.
