Love your videos! I started learning web design and development back in 1999, but after my first child was born I kind of took a step back from it. Then the pandemic happened and I started to rekindle my love for design. So I decided to start freelancing and create a business through all of it. I had a guide completed by a graphic designer and having another to apply to website. The guide has illustrations and how to use them on the guide but the person completing the website requires those illustrations. Was the guy that completed the guide supposed to give me access to the illustrations? I received the icons and logo that was it.
Hi Megan, I'm an aspiring graphic designer and your videos are very helpful😁. I was wondering how you transfer a website to a customer. Does the customer pay for a WordPress site and do they give you the login details afterwards or do you pay for them and give them the login details when you are done? Which payment plan do you choose? And could you maybe one day make an in-depth video about customer service, such as what is the first customer contact like, for example what do you write in an email when a customer registers on your website? How should you make video calls? Some topics like that. Like how does the customer journey work for you from the first purchase on your website to the transfer of files and all the details in between. Because as a beginner and also self-taught, I really wouldn't know how to start this :( You already give enough tips here and there in your videos. But all those tips in 1 dedicated video would also be nice in the future. Thank you :)
