I’ve become an Avatar junkie. I could watch the movies over and over again. This game is an extension of the movies for me, being fully immersed in the world and atmosphere. I generally get bored with Far Cry and other UBI games, but this is game is different for me. The pacing fits me like a glove, not forced to fight every 4.5 mins allows for a more relaxing experience.
I'm a huge fan of everything Avatar from the films to my collections and now Avatar Frontiers of Pandora. My first few hours was a little tough for me but now much better plus I'm still learning. I'm glad to hear you can still play after finishing the main story this is good news.
Currently, after more than 100 hours spent in the game, I will say that it has its pros and cons. The game itself is great, the graphics as well as the effects are amazing, the only problem I have is with the story of the game they could have added something more. I also had problems with the game on the day of release, but now after these updates the state of the game is at a good level. I can recommend the game to all avatar fans :)
I am debating if I should get it on sale for 36 now or just ubisoft + for a month. Im not a fan of the movies but love the Ubisoft Far Cry games and I enjoy uncovering the maps and the bloatware missions Ubisoft games contain.
As someone who has never really been a big Avatar fan I'm going to hold off for a good sale. The game is gorgeous but I'm not really that much into the lore, story or the hunting, gathering aspect. Ubisoft games usually go on sale quickly. This game is already at $50, plus I already have a huge backlog of titles to keep me occupied. As a Star Wars fan I'm much more interested in Ubisoft's Star Wars Outlaws which should be releasing in 2024.
I think that’s a great idea! I’m definitely looking forward to Star Wars outlaws. I’m hoping I can get to it relatively close to release and not put it in the backlog and just leave it like normal.
The only quest that I found was objectively broken was the final room where you fight the main boss. I got stuck in a shipping container or whatever near the entrance while hiding and could not get out
I actually love this fantasy world but not the story.. the story almost there but if they can make it more like a movie, more cut scene then it is better.
The world is definitely great! I know for the story it’s supposed to follow the events of the movie after the RDA returned. I believe, correct me if I’m wrong. But that’s what I gathered during my time playing
Definitely not you. I was traveling over the holiday so when I transferred it from my ps5 to an SSD and then to a different video file. It got all types of messed up. I’m sorry!
To be honest... It's the FIRST game I've hooked my gaming laptop to a nice T.V. This game has blown me away. When I got my Ikran, my wife was standing behind and was saying, "this is one of the first games I've seen you play, that is interesting" she loved the puzzles, and the story. She can't even remember watching the first movie. I'm trying to get her to watch it, & I haven't even seen way of the water. This game is a lot of fun, & I've played the far-cry series, but this really does feel different. There aren't any far-crys I can fly around with my "bonded-war bird" & the whole game really does put you on a "different" planet. Granted I did see the movie as a child with my father, Best friend, & his father. It was one of the most mesmerizing movies to watch, in theaters to this day. I'm also a musician, & the music & sound in the game are absolutely amazing. It's a great game, & I'm still having a great time with it! Only level 10, & in the 2nd zone. The world is HUGE. I've spent many hours gathering exquisite ingredients & enjoying the game. Storm Gliders are serious enemies. 😂
Yeah I feel like this game has its own unique vibe to it, grant it I loved the game so that’s just my opinion. But I’m super happy you’re having fun with the game, it gets even better! Stay away from those one hitting storm gliders!
I believe both movies at some point they wanted to make money off Pandora. But I just remember at the beginning of the first earth was dying so they needed an inhabitable planet for humans. Same with the 2nd one but they were hunting the tulkan in the 2nd movie to make money too. I just felt like the movies primary goal though was finding a new planet for humanity
"The kinglor forest can become a sight for sore eyes if u spend too much time there"..? I think you misunderstood the meaning of that phrase. "A sight for sore eyes" is a good thing...
the game is worth the full price? €110 including the season pass? €220 for myself and my wife is ridiculous amount of money for a reskinned Far Cry clone
Don’t buy the season pass for both of you. Catch the game on sale it’s been out for a while now. Unfortunately at the time of my review the game had been out for a few weeks so yes at that time it was worth full price in my own opinion.
Why is the final boss so damn easy? I played through the main story 100% on the hardest difficulty exploration and the easiest thing by far was the final boss. I beat him first try by stun locking him with lightning arrows and shooting him with a shotgun while he was stunned
The game has to be playable for the casual player. Most movie based games are. Cause alot of people got this game because they liked the movies, not because they like games. You can always up the combat difficulty and using underpowered weapons.
Never saw a game with worst artificial difficulty in the form of progress-grind-level walls at my life. 10 worst than odyssey. I dont understand why they did this...out of the 30 hrs it took me to finish it, at least 10 of those hrs were grinding and farming with a video guide3 to catch up with missions levels and still i was constantly underleveled3333333333333333333333333333333333333
Haha...This game is garbage. Full of bugs. Timed repetitive missions. Really bad gun play. If you like grinding your way through a boring tideous pointless game then this is for you.

100 per cent worth it. It's stunning and the gameplay is smooth ❤

The games offers a ton of replay value, at least for me! I hope you enjoy it!
Yes it’s 100 percent worth it
Fantastic game
Absolutely agree with you!

I only got it so fly with my new friend ❤
great video i'll defnitely have to check out the game now!
I’m glad you liked it! I hope you check out the game and enjoy it like I did!
Seems a bit buggy to me
Beaten the game. I discovered 5 bugged quests that I cannot complete. Now to wait for patches.
I’m sorry about that, fortunately I didn’t encounter any bugs during any of my questing. Only graphical bugs mostly when flying on the ikran

Why is the video so choppy? Is it just me?
Definitely not you. I was traveling over the holiday so when I transferred it from my ps5 to an SSD and then to a different video file. It got all types of messed up. I’m sorry!
@@GamerRN98You might want to reupload. This is pretty bad.
I think this one of those games that people love or think it's a borefest. I hear both.
I agree with you and it’s definitely one you have to try and figure out. But I personally had a ton of fun with it!
@@GamerRN98 from what I've seen it looks like far cry painted to look like Avatar.

weren’t the movies all about money and resources ? in the 1st movie where the boss shows the little floating stone and says thats why were here

I do wish there was some more difficulty cause I definitely breezed through almost everything when completing the game!

You also stun locked him. Ofc cheeseing a boss is gonna make it easier

I couldn't finish this game
It got repetitive and boring
I was also hyped for this but ended up being disappointed
I’m sorry you had that experience!
