That’s why Berserk is so fucking good. It takes a guy who in most stories would be the hero and makes him completely detestable whilst also taking the guy who in most stories would be the villain and makes him a pained, relatable and likeable anti-hero. Griffith is perfect and that’s why he’s so evil whilst Guts is heavily flawed which is what makes him so human and so good. God I fucking love Berserk.
