Noro, I wanted to thank you for making this extremely nostalgic and high quality content. I have almost finished watching all of your HOMM series (2 being most nostalgic for me and 3 being my favorite to play). Your series have been my go-to for relaxation, to watch during flights or while doing other things as well.

This is going to sound weird and I may have said this before, but I really like these episodes where you're in a bit of trouble, Norovo. It's nice to see that even someone who knows exactly what they're doing can end up getting backed into a corner! Reassuring, even!
Also, "UAC" might be a _Doom_ reference? "United Aerospace Company" was the organization that the Doom Marine worked for. They're also the ones who may or may not have purposely or accidentally opened a gate to [Heck]. So.
In retrospect, it would have been fun to give to one hero all of your golden bows, then sacrifice him to a strong enemy hero so he gets all of the GBs, leaving him less space for stronger artefacts.

If your inventory is full and your opponent has artefacts the artefacts are destroyed. You get a pop up about them "vanishing before your eyes" and you see what you missed out on.
Isn't that just the ultimate artifacts? I didn't think it was related to whether your bag is full

hello norovo, yesterday i've finished your last episode, great timing :), also great content!
I'm really curious what's at the center of the map.
I remember a game very similar to HOMM but I can't recall the name. All I remember is that the factions were direct opposites, like Order/Chaos..Order was really strong with magic, and Chaos units like rogues and eventually black dragons.

Hi Norovo, have you seen the Heroes 3 mod that recreates Heroes 2? I believe it adds a Heroes 2-style Fortress as basically a new town. Would you be interested in playing with that in some manner?
I have seen it - The Succession Wars mod. Super interesting project and I'm keen to cover it. Unfortunately it's still very incomplete

@@Norovo hmm not objectively, it's just a legendary map from my childhood=D hey question! how do you display the enemy movement tiles in combat without hota mod? i got HD mod but it doesn't seem to have that function.

@@Eye_Exist I find both the backstory and the design pretty fun. The whole "fight off the classic Elemental Lords + some necromancers as the Void faction" shenanigans and the five different terrains you must go through, only connected by a cavern network; neat stuff. There was even this small area which the enemy could access via a one-way monolith and I was completely unaware of its existence. Yeah, that didn't go well for me.
My personal legendary map is the Battle of Daeyan's Ford, but it could be just that I found the lore behind it really cool. I don't remember much about the design itself.
UAC is the bad company in Doom😅
