At the River w Lawrence Tome & Elijah Berlow

At this magical oasis under a suburban chicago bridge there runs a river. By this underpass overlooks a huge rounded rock, a stump of the water, maybe once used as a barrier. Lawrence Tome has been known by the wider Chicago community as The River King. In the Summer, Tome hosts musical acts atop this glorious earth bound stage. The audience sits at a distance in the underpass, having bbqs, getting haircuts, taking photos with their loved ones. Elijah Berlow is no stranger to community, in fact, he is a good friend of Tome's and the whole point to starting this, is about bringing people together again.
