11:20 very true. ive taken some very hard hits and im very surprised I didnt break anything. however I dont do much cardio so I loose juice really fast, so I need to do the cardio side.
Would liked to have seen some of the footage, but sounds like it was a great experience for you. How long did it take to cover the 100 miles and why were you classed as a DNF?
I know, I was upset about the footage. Race prep is essential to preserve things like footage. I'll do a better job next race. Over 6 hours. the DNF was due to a rider blockage at a specific hill climb. Guys were getting stuck then stacking up. We waited about 35-40 minutes to get through. It was still worth the ride!
