Liking and commenting to help the algorithm. Homemade makgeolli is really good. A shopowner from Korea gave me some of his homemade makgeolli and instructions on how to make it. Beats sake imo.
If you enjoy Makgeolli, I would also recommend trying Nigori Sake. That Sake style has similarities to Makgeolli, it has an unfiltered "cloudy" appearance and sweet flavors.
Never xeases to amaze me the variety of foods you get from a vending machine in japan. While it may not all appeal to me i cant help but watch and enjoy these videos the presentation is perfect.

Squid ink noodles seem interesting. I wonder how much that itself changes the flavor if at all. Great stuff as always Eric and Mega. Get some!
To me, Squid Ink has a mild briny, Umami taste, with slightly earthy notes. It is most notable for its strikingly deep color.
