Marc Bolan had Mars in Cancer in the 8th. Lots of Libra and Scorpio too, and planets in 5, 8 and 12.. This was such a great video - thanks for addressing the topic. Hey, you could do a whole video on rock n' roll because the gender & sexuality of it is complex and interesting.
Love this. Specially the understand that 12th house is absolute longing for merging and dissolution that impulses sexual desire instead of the trapping of the material. I’m a Scorpio sun and Mercury. Revati Moon, Ashvini Ascendant. Chitra Pluto and Saturn. And Mars and Venus trine each other. I do feel the masculine and feminine are balanced into me. Like an inner marriage.
I was going to say that my challenge is Ketu …. And as this progressed you mentioned it. I have ketu conjunct venus and it’s challenging.

I think one of the most bizarre, manipulative thing of this time is us growing up watching murders, psychopaths, violence etc in great detail in like 60% of TV program, while sex and naked human body is a taboo. Like you have to be an adult to see a naked body just like one that you live in, but it is ok to watch a psychopath spilling someones guts when you are 7. I stopped watching TV 10 years ago.

The working senses are superior to dull matter; mind is higher than the senses; intelligence is still higher than the mind; and he [the soul] is even higher than the intelligence.
Chapter 3, Verse 43
Thus knowing oneself to be transcendental to material senses, mind and intelligence, one should control the lower self by the higher self and thus-by spiritual strength-conquer this insatiable enemy known as lust.

Hey Vic, is there a relationship between a planet's distance from the sun, and it's relative maturity? I noticed the ages (young to old) might go Mercury to Mars to Jupiter, to Saturn. This is also the order of the planets from the Sun. I also noticed you said Saturn is like a woman who has become a man, and vice versa for Mercury. And these are the outer most and inner most planets, within the traditional 7. Is there anything to this?

Mr. Vic, I have a question: Is Scorpio, or for that matter, Libra, primarily masculine or feminine, since a masculine planet rules a feminine sign, or vice-versa? If you already answered in the video, don't trouble yourself. I plan to listen to the whole thing eventually. However, I agree that the media's portrayal of sex is too "in your face," and lacks intellectualism, or curiosity. It's become public rather than private; completely, almost, physical.
scorpio is a feminine sign ruled by a masculine planet. Visa versa for Libra. So scorpio is primarily feminine, Libra masculine.

not particularly. you accumulate more bad karma by hurting things. you would be surprised how much we hurt things all the time. Not just emotionally but physically. Consider your diet, for example.

yeah, 7th is probably in the #4 position of relevance, contending with 11 and 3 for that spot
8th is the life force sustaining sex relation, it is the 2nd from 7th factual relationship bond and sexual bond so make up that bond quality , like your 2nd house is the sustainance container of the 1st yourself and they say they say "what you eat is what you become". And without ressources we can't stand. same analogy goes there i think
Good video Vic. If I may say though. True Biblical Christianity has in many ways been misrepresented by much of mainstream Christianty. Believe it or not, the Bible is actually filled with alot of sexual content. And there is alot of biblical laws on sex that are quite liberal. Polygamy was big in the bible. And as far as I know, there really isn't a clear scripture that teaches against it. I myself am a Christian who believes in Universal reconciliation. Which is the eventual salvation of all people and all things. That's what the Bible actually teaches, when you look at the original hebrew and greek word's. And it's what the early church actually taught. I also believe no one in our time has the full truth. And everyone, including all spiritual believe systems have bits and pieces of the truth. Anyway, I my self find astrology, including the vedic to be fasinating. The Bible is actually a book of astro-theology as well. ;-) If I may ask. What are your thoughts on Aquarius in the 8th, and it's planet, Saturn in the 6th? Greatly appreciated, and keep up the good work on your video's. :-)

Have a question, most of what you mentioned was in regards to men (especially on debilitated planets), what about debilitated mars or Venus for women? I'd think Mars in Cancer for a woman would make her more attractive? Only because society today (esp Asian & Middle Eastern) expects excessive amounts of servitude and extreme submission from women.
This video was too long ago. I dont remember. Mars in Cancer itself is not attractive, but maybe it is in some special case. In general In a woman, Sun in Aries, Mars in Aries or Scorpio or Capricorn. Sun in Leo - these give women self-confidence and personal power and ambition which allows them to really subjugate men, and men want it from them and line up for it. Even Venus in Mars signs can make women sexy and powerful in that same way, but usually with more negative side effect.
Yes, monogamy is Christian. Jesus implied it, Paul established it, but I think, if I remember, for certain leaders, deacons and elders. Masturbation is not forbidden in Christianity as far as I know, and that's being conservative.
