I think that's the longest we've gone without seeing an FP Journe on the channel. Not bad to see one every once and a while and this one never disappoints.
@@mbyte84 the last time i asked (at least at my local hourglass maison), was about 28k usd (but that was like in 2020 iirc?), prices could have gone up. i would assume the msrp should be around 30-35k usd ish by now. not that it matters cos its never in "stock" , for any models. (unless u have a good relationship with the boutique or AD) boutiques would be better as they serve customers better IMO.
Would it be fair to say that the common denominator to these high horology brands ( eg. Lauent Ferrier, Czapek, H Moser, Speake Marin, Philip Dufour, Jaquet Droz etc ) is that their in house movements are made mostly with unique machined parts; and that 10+ years down the road, if a part breaks, it may be hard to find replacement parts? I base this question on evaluating the practicality of owning something that may eventually become a headache to own because of the hassle, or inability to service the watch down the road ( it just seems ridiculous to send the watch back to the factory each time to service ). Tim, do you care to answer this, or is servicing the watches you sell just something unimportant.
Strap looks lovely! Matches the blue dial as well. Think about fashion: tan shoes will pair well with blue jeans or chinos…exactly the same here with the Journe

Bravo guys. This beats any AP out there.
stunning watch. it's a shame how much these have appreciated over time
This Journe fella's got a few things figured out
Love this beauty
Awesome strap
A very nice classic looking timepeice !
Great watch. It’s a shame it went up in price so much, since it would have been a great entry level watch.
I guess everyone had the same idea.
I think it's 6 times more expensive now than its official price :/
What’s the MSRP for it?

@@aciel-tv Lmao, it's 90k to 100k USD right now.
@@oatmongen4263100k retail?! We are Talking about retail
Intended to be an entry-level watch…..only allocated to established Journe collectors by boutiques. There’s your irony.

@@rnunez70681 Close. 2013 for me. It was sitting in the case, just like a Batman a year later. Those were the days! :)

the amount of videos Watchbox uploads recently. shows that people are offloading their collections 🤣
Time for a Chronometre Green and maybe even a Chronometre Burgundy!
Perhaps copper or salmon? Too much?
@@henrywest7217 I’d be down with that!
A brown dial Chronomètre Peu
@@BobbyDazzler888 do you mean that you doubt whether or not it will happen or do you think that it's not "too much"?
You mean “Chronomètre Vert” and “Chronomètre Bordeaux”.
He's yet to make a watch that I don't love..
Great watch, horrible strap

Was going to say. Vile
I like the strap!
I really like the strap, haha

Beats at 3Hz, manual movement. I think I'll stick with my Speedmaster. Nice dial though.
A beautiful watch. But as overpriced on the pre owned market as a RO, Nautilus or steel Rolex I gather.
