Hello, Dolceyul! You’ll see these two kits are very similar in terms of their configuration - kick, snare, three toms, hi hat, crash and ride cymbal - but the Alesis has a standalone kick tower whereas the Roland’s kick drum is integrated with the rack. Also, the Alesis kit does have more instrument sounds within its module compared to the Roland. There are some other differences to consider as well. Please give us a call and we can discuss which of the two might be best for you! Thanks for the interest! Cody Kraus, Sweetwater Sales Engineer, (800) 222-4700 ext. 1766, cody_kraus@sweetwater.com
I was thinking of buying the Alesis nitro max mesh but checked reviews and decided to buy this kit instead. I played on both in the shop and Alesis has a very wobbly stands and the sounds are cooler, but not as realistic as Roland. Overal Roland is better quality, a more serious stuff, Alesis seems more like a playstation video game.
I could be wrong about this but I think I noticed that Roland hasn't put a jack for the main out put's and what kind of chord could you use if you wanted too plug in a analog mixer or amplifier and also I was wondering if you could plug the FD-1 hi hat controller into a Roland TD-4 module thanks?
Hey, Aaron. Thanks for reaching out. The TD07 has a 1/8” output for both headphone and main out. You’d want to use a 1/8” TRS cable on that side. The other end would depend on your mixer. As far as the FD-1 goes, you can. But you can’t add it. You’d have to use the 1/4” “Hi Hat” end of the break out cable. I hope this helps. Hey, TONEWALL 76. Thanks for your interest. It depends on which monitor you’re using. The output of the TD07 is 1/8” (3.5mm). If you're gonna use an amp, I would get a good Roland or other quality dedicated drum amp. I'm more of a guitar authority, but I've played some of these kits in stores and they always have a good quality drum amp to demo them with. A really good pair of studio monitor headphones would be nice, too. Fostex, Yamaha, Beyer, AKG, etc.
Hey, Jay. Thanks so much for reaching out. Absolutely. It’s definitely great for gigs where volume control is crucial. You will also make your pastor very happy! Thanks again. Jason Thiele, Senior Sweetwater Sales Engineer, (800) 222-4700 ext. 1391, jason_thiele@sweetwater.com
These would be a heck of a lot more versatile and easy to set up and use for a church or other smaller public gig, than a full size trad. drum kit. Easier to transport, store, setup, etc. You can run one of these via any PA I believe or mixer. Of course a dedicated drum amp is preferable for live.

Does the TD 07 Module Dual Zone for the Tom pads if I upgrade those pads to PDX 8 ? Or 100 etc
Hey, jaygerritmusic3909. Thanks for your interest. The TD07 module does not support dual zone triggering on the toms. It does on the cymbals, though.
I hope this helps.

How does this compare to the Alesis command SE? Pls help

How does this compare to the Alesis nitro max mesh?

What cable is necessary to connect to a monitor
Hey, TONEWALL 76. Thanks for your interest. It depends on which monitor you’re using. The output of the TD07 is 1/8” (3.5mm). The other end will depend on the monitor itself, but in most cases it’s 1/8” or 1/4”.
I hope this helps.

How you compare it with Roland TD-1DMK??
Hey, Chris. Thanks so much for your interest.
The TD07 has the better module. It also has support for a 3 zone ride cymbal.
I hope this helps.

How can we do recording through this
Hey, sachin verma. Thanks so much for your interest. You can record directly via USB. That is the best way to record these. You can also plug the output into an interface, as well. I would recommend using USB.
I hope this helps.

4:00 that beat seems familiar.. hmmm
🤣🤣
Lolol that’s Toto and not what you’re thinking😂😂
😅 more seriously, it sounds a bit like Gojira - Global warming
Does it have Bluetooth out so i can use Bluetooth speakers
Yes I have a Bluetooth drum amp and can connect to it.
@@rexxx777 wow, any lag?
Td 1dmk is better or 7dmk
How many more cymbals can i add to this kit?
Hello, NashreddeR! The TD-07DMK’s drum module does not have any trigger inputs in addition to the main breakout cable. That breakout cable supports the hi hat, the ride and a dual zone crash, all of which come with the kit itself.
Thanks for the interest!

HI can I add a Roland KD-10 kick pedal to this as a straight swap?
Hey, John. Thanks so much for your interest. Yup. That shouldn’t be a problem.
Thanks again.

@@sweetwater Thanks yep guessing the clamp comes off no problem.
What is the diff bet td1dmk?
Hey, Debatra. Thanks so much for reaching out. The biggest difference would be the TD07 module. It has more and better sounds. It also comes loaded with practice features and Bluetooth.
I hope this helps.

Ill eat snare donuts. Anything with cinamon on it
I'm considering buying this, what kind of speakers would be good? Doesn't have to be too loud just playing in the house
@Lenz other people can't hear it tho,i think he has an important question.
If you're gonna use an amp, I would get a good Roland or other quality dedicated drum amp. I'm more of a guitar authority, but I've played some of these kits
in stores and they always have a good quality drum amp to demo them with. A really good pair of studio monitor headphones would be nice, too. Fostex, Yamaha,
Beyer, AKG, etc.
Whats the apps name 👀??

Not a drummer here. Would anyone use this at a gig or church?
Hey, Jay. Thanks so much for reaching out.
Absolutely. It’s definitely great for gigs where volume control is crucial. You will also make your pastor very happy!
Thanks again.

These would be a heck of a lot more versatile and easy to set up and use for a church or other smaller public gig, than a full size trad. drum kit. Easier to transport, store,
setup, etc. You can run one of these via any PA I believe or mixer. Of course a dedicated drum amp is preferable for live.
You know he's a boomer when he calls the module a brain 😂 also you don't need it in a interface it does audio over usb
Sounds like 1995, and not in a good way.
great drummer. horrid sounds.
the repetition of the sound dynamics and samples gets so tiring to the ears.
That depends on how it’s played.
Dynamics? You just play softer or harder and there's your dynamics.
