President Biden Issues Executive Order Creating National DEI Bureaucracy

- Last week, President Joseph Biden quietly signed an executive order that promises to create a national DEI bureaucracy and embed the principles of left-wing racialism throughout the federal government.
The order, titled “Further Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government,” relies on three key strategies: creating internal cadres and power centers through the deployment of “Agency Equity Teams,” funding third-party political activism through grants to “community[-based] organizations,” and weaponizing civil rights law to require federal agencies to use artificial intelligence “in a manner that advances equity.”
In this video, I explain how Biden’s executive order manipulates language and statistics in order to nationalize the DEI movement, suppress dissent from the new racial orthodoxy, and subvert the Constitution’s promise of equal treatment under the law.

I'm a federal worker and I want to learn what I can do to stop this. People will say "find another job" but what they are saying is "surrender our government to wokeness" as everyone with an opposing position will be forced out. How about a big fat NO?! I will stay and FIGHT!
You are on the right path. We lost the cities when all the conservatives gave up the fight after busing.
The one way to beat it is if we have a president and a legislature in the house of representatives and senate in the majority who will sign an executive order, and even if the president says that this diversity equity and inclusion stuff is in violation of the civil rights act of 1964, etc. etc. if somebody appeals it then, so be it because they will. The best way to get it out is to have it go to the Supreme Court in the Supreme Court review. All of this. DEI crap compared to civil rights and they’re going to agree with the court. We have now who are objective, and not activists.
I have voted for Democrats in the past, but I will not vote for them anymore because despite voting 98% of the time for Republicans I have voted for at least for Democrats and that’s just been so long ago and in the early -mid 2000s but not anymore . I don’t care if they talk and reason like a moderate because the only one that really is moderate is Senator Manchin. He’s a Democrat and won’t change parties, but he really should change parties and run as a Republican for Senate in West Virginia or he’s gonna lose reelection because his own party stabbed him in the back over signing the inflation reduction act and he was supposed to get an energy plants source in West Virginia and then when it came down to the budget, he got screwed out of it. I knew Chuck Schumer was gonna stab him in the back at the time he agreed to this, and it happened months later. I live in Virginia, but I just know that he is very likely to lose in his Senate reelection in his numbers are down in West Virginia for the first time ever and he used to be governor. They are also & very popular.. what we need is a good Republican presidential nominee and even if it is somebody like Trump again to choose a really good female governor in so many ways, Kristi Noem, who is good-natured, hard-working, and has the most fascinating background!!!! She governs a small state but they’re good and she’s been in the US Congress in addition to running her own brand she had to do after her dad that really young because of a farming accident she had to drop out of college when she was 19 years old to go back home and then just rent because her mom didn’t know how to do it in her older sister wouldn’t. She’s gorgeous and looks like Miss America but she goes hunting and she’s somebody who just so good hearted and down to earth.. if somebody that a republican would need to pull in the Independent and Bowed, and a lot of the suburban women who are turned off by Republicans for whatever reason.
The problems that are going on today is because the Republicans before we’re just too weak to take it on .

I worked for the federal government in D.C. from 1976 through 2016. This has been going on with regard to internal agency hiring and promotion policies since the Carter administration. By the time I left, it was all women and minorities all the time. This E.O., however, seems to now apply this to all acts the agencies perform in terms of rulemaking, grant-making, contracting, etc. in their public facing functions. What a disaster Biden and his party are.
It used to be called Equal Opportunity. If you received federal funds you had to assert you were an EOC hirer. I worked for a Head Start agency. We received federal funds. It didn’t mean we had to go out of our way to meet quotas, only that we couldn’t discriminate when hiring.
Actual the Civil Rights Act makes that illegal anyway.
@@pathacker4963 Exactly. Racial discrimination in hiring has been illegal since at least 1964. What this does, however, is say that deviance in outcomes such as in hires, promotions, funding, contracting, etc. don't only have to be free from discrimination but also have to result in outcomes that reflect the percentages in the population. Anything not reaching that impossible result is deemed ipso facto discriminatory.
It's because women and minorities are easiest to control. Just promise free stuff without hard work.

@@pathacker4963 The problem is how do you prove discrimination? Discrimination is literally the crime of doing nothing for the wrong reasons. Not hiring someone. Not serving someone. Not renting to someone. The whole concept of discrimination criminalizes non-actions, that is actions not taken for improper reasons. So the only way you can enforce that is by inferring it by looking at workforce composition. You can't discriminate when hiring? Well, your two black workers just quit and the next two in the resume pipeline are white. And they fit the requirements perfectly. In your mind you didn't discriminate, but no one can read your mind. All they can do is look at measured outcomes, and that outcome looks exactly like the outcome would be if you were discriminating.
Do you see the horror and tyranny of all this? In the whole concept of discrimination? In order to fight this, we need to end that as a concept. It should not be illegal to NOT do something.
Equality is the opposite of equity.

I remember many years ago seeing a sign on the wall of a company office I was visiting that had something to do with their employment/labor practices. And near the bottom it actually had the phrase, "We are an Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer". To me this is akin to saying something like, "I run a pro-carnivore, vegetarian-only restaurant" or "I have a dating website for married bachelors." It's simply impossible for both of those ideas to co-exist in the same space. Just like you can't be an employer that says you don't discriminate based on race or gender, but at the same time say you have the goal of achieving some sort of ideally, equally diverse workforce. If the goal is diversity of race and gender, then you *must* discriminate based on race and gender. There is simply no way around it. We need to stop this madness now.
The left has no problem discriminating against those who do not fit into the victim class. Pretty much rules in everyone except one group.

People of Color look at the structure of the United States and Europe as being systemically racist when in fact it's just part of their nature to structure their societies the way they are. It's a natual hierarchy. Look at the majority of "countries of color" and their immigration and citizenship laws. Most are designed to keep their ethnic/racial majority the same.

I’m in graduate program to become a public school administrator and we were assigned a racial background project where we were to report on our ethnic background and family members presumably to show how much privilege or oppression we had in our family tree. I have a few bipoc people in my extended family via marriage, adoption, etc. and I neglected to include them because I’m a normal person who doesn’t center their entire being around the race and ethnicity of everyone around me.
You will be utterly miserable and frustrated if you go to work in the public (gov't) school system. I promise you. You will be held back and hindered, maligned, and disparaged by people who are YOUR INFERIORS ... Intellectually and ethically.

It’s not about logic or equality. It’s about power and justifying it by any means. The Founders structured our political system in such a way as to prevent power hungry types from overtaking it. But the tyrants have slowly changed the system so that it no longer works in the way it was intended. Executive orders, for example, circumvent Congress. So, we have to get the system back working as it should. In order to do that requires a mass overhaul of the people in power. But with almost half the country being rewarded and put into power positions means those people would have to vote against their own interests and beliefs. Is it realistic to believe that? At this point, I think it is too late. I hope I’m wrong.

DIE is the natural conclusion of the Civil Rights Act 1964-carving out listed intersectional groups to be treated differently instead of treating all as American citizens.
These issues will never be solved until we recognize that different ethnic groups in society have differences on many dimensions: physical abilities, IQ, personality, etc. These abilities determine, to a large extent, how financially successful an ethnic group is, on average. Importantly, these differences are to a large extent inherited which means that they are very difficult to change.
This is why achieving 'equity' will only work by enforcing it using administrative / tyrannical measures. For example, there is no way you can increase the intelligence of a person with an IQ of 85 so that he can compete with a person who has an IQ of 120 in the job market for lawyers.
What you CAN do, however, is to lower the standards of getting into Universities (e.g. by getting rid of different entry tests), introduce affirmative action for the low IQ group, give financial support preferentially for that group, etc., etc. Such a strategy is an absolute recipe for disaster, but it is the one now followed by the Biden administration - and by the whole woke establishment.

What are they going to do then for doctors nurses, lawyers & accountants? Oh goodness gracious, infiltrate the department of nursing and change the testing.? That right there will get people sued because people will die and suffer injuries and that will bankrupt the hospitals on top of the banks that are going bankrupt because of Joe Biden administration and these housing laws. That’s the smart thing to do anyway and the federal government was not going to bail out Silicon Valley Bank & signature… according to President Biden, and a couple other bank, started talking about getting together in buying them out, and as soon as Joe started running his mouth again, they shut up about buying those banks. Why buy them out if the federal government is going to bail them out?

Really enjoy finding you content, but I really dislike you're unable to say the exact issue. The issue isn't that they discriminate against "groups based on race, sexual identity...", it's against whites. Colorblindness only works when we can agree on it and dancing around this issue like it doesn't exist isn't helping anyone. It's to the point you can just direct quote them on it.
Equity for all doesn’t mean equality for all. Equity is equality of outcome. So equity for all will disadvantage some and give priority to others till the outcome between groups is equal. So the capable will be robbed and the fruits of their labor will be given to the less capable.
