That's what I liked about these extreme sports games in the 2000's, they were awesome, but knew how to balance it out with some wackiness by having Bigfoot, Volcano and my personal favorite; Mime. Good times.
The Xbox/console versions of the game have a trick list (not complete but a whole page) on the manual inside case. I'm sure you can find a list somewhere.
