Watching it now! I have had to purchase my roving on line department stores around here have nothing! Like you im obsessed with bags! Im really interested in doing a wet felt an adding to it when dry???
Yay. Hopefully it was helpful. That is so sad there is no wool where you are. It took me time to find certain types off wool here. So maybe in time something will come up.
I am trying to decide if I like a thick felt for my bags or thin felt and then structurally sewn. Im going to explore more with bags in the future.
You could needle felt an addition to it or sew onto it, but it won't wet felt onto the felt after it has been finished into felt.
@@muffsmerino im considering doing a mini version of the bag with the round hole handle? Then doing the embellishments needle felting it?
@@cindytaylah-barics406 Yes you can do that! I realise the bag is a decent size. You have inspired me to add a mini version of the bag template to my shop. It would be nice to be able to print it at home but think it would still be too big.

Hi 👋 Diana, thanks for asking! The pocket technique can be applied during the wet felting process to handbags, wallets, book covers/journals, iPad cases, wall hangings, felted clothing and much more. This video is only the technique. I will make a video applying the technique in the future. More to come :)
