Can GMFCS change with things like PT and orthopaedic surgery?

I cannot speak for orthopedic surgeons but yes PT and OT services can help improve individuals ability to move about to be as independent as possible in their daily activities which can impact their GMFCS level. Functional outcomes will depend on several factors. Thanks for posting your question! I hope this helps.
