I am an OTA grad about to take my exam to be a COTA next month and I needed to take a break from studying diagnoses and come back to how I really process cases and use clinical reasoning. I have to say that, even though this is mostly targeting OTR's, I think this video was excellent for me as a future COTA and others in the field to really help us target and use these for interventions and apply therapeutic use of self. Fantastic job as always!👍🏾

I'm so happy to hear it was helpful! Happy studying😀. Great idea to take a break. Sometimes it is helpful to take a step back from memorization and retaining information to become more aware of HOW we are thinking about the information.

Enablement reasoning. Leads nicely into the CMCE (Canadian Model of Client-Centred Enablement). Gold.

Thank you so much for pointing that out. I was not aware of the CMCE. Reading up on it now:)!

Good video! Such a small world that you used the term "think like an OT". I am starting a private practice focusing on early intervention and I keep thinking about how I can communicate to parents they need to learn to "think like an OT". Keep up the good work! I love learning and reviewing info through videos =)

This was really helpful, i was wondering if you could add subtitles/captions to your video to make it easier for me and possibly others to understand? Thank you for your amazing content!

Thanks so much for letting me know that CC isn't working. It looks like they work on some of my videos and not on others. I'll try to figure it out:)
