FUCK YEAH, dude! 311 and Rebelution and Tribal Seeds hit so hard on mushrooms ❤ The song 'Here Comes The Sun' is a song that follows me throughout my life. I always hear it when I'm going through dark, heavy shit... but, when I hear it, I'm reminded that everything is exactly as it's supposed to be and I'm relieved, and then things get so much better. I'm a rubber tramp and I was driving down the highway with a broken radiator, stressing, and then I passed some "Burners" with a spare tire cover that read 'Here Comes The Sun'. I laughed and cried, and next day I flew a sign in town wanting to work for a radiator... a FedEx guy stopped and handed me a $100 bill... then, immediately after, this guy waved me over to his truck and he and his wife gave me another hundo EACH! BOOM! Just like that, enough cash for a brand new radiator at AutoZone with cash leftover for food! ❤ I hope all you dawgz are well ✌️🤙

Fuckin' incredible shows too!
These guys are my musical heroes. I could go on for hours about my relationship to their music and songs, and how much I admire their vibe and what they do. I've moved around to lots of places in my life, and wherever I went, I left the friends I made and new 311 fans behind. And every time I turn someone on to them I get "how haven't I heard of these guys?!". Radio and promotion never gave this group the love and attention they deserve. Their sound and art are timeless. Legendary group, and am so F'n stoked they got a new album in the way. Last thing I'll say before I shut up about how much I dig 311. I've been to see them in concert quite a few times. I live around Detroit, and they did a show around 6 years ago at DTE. A storm rolled in during the show, lightning strikes in the distance behind the stage, wind blowing fog machine smoke all around the band members, and they're just killing it with the surrounding chaos. And as absolutely BA as it was to see, safety concerns became a thing and they had to cut it short unfortunately. The next year's concert was in a smaller indoor venue called the Filmore. Did the whole show, and when the encore time came around they played like another 6 songs to make it up to the fans for the year befores short show. They remembered. And that just took them to an entire new level of awesome for me. Long live 311 🤟🏼.

My favorite band for 20years until BLM. Riots happened in from of a bar in Omaha dedicated to 311 and was a personal friend for 20 years. He was attacked in front of the 311 bar and a guy was on his back and he shot and killed him. 311 immediately condemned his actions even though footage existed. Dude was a veteran and lost EVERYTHING. On his way to the court hearing he shot himself right in font of the courthouse
First first concert was 311 in like 94 with incubus opening for them!!! They influenced my entire life but when they story unfolded I was appalled. One day me and my wife were driving and I told her to roll down the window and threw every 311 cd I had out the window. She was shocked because she knew I loved that band. Im not political amd really has nothing to do with the situation it was the fact the band IMMEDIATELY caved to social pressure from something that was ultimately legal self defense and ruin a man they personally knew that ran a bar in their hometown named after I believe their recording studio
@PauIieWalnuts he's always been my favorite since enlarged to show detail. Hexum is SOOO DEEEP in Hollywood he has just become one of them. Can't explain how said it was for the first band i ever loved that formed my childhood though positivity and favorite for 20 years just turned into something I don't recognize

These Nebraska guys, pretty chill. Who would of thunk it? I wonder if they do the Jamaican accent when they visit the islands? BIG UP!

@@radtothebone23 Money drives people apart

All the different people they’ve talked about on the pod they are now able to get. God is good
Back to back days?
Blessed be
We r too blessed. Matt is our savior. 🎉
Thats just how they come original for the omaha stylees
First first concert was 311 in like 94 with incubus opening for them!!! They influenced my entire life but when they story unfolded I was appalled. One day me and my wife were driving and I told her to roll down the window and threw every 311 cd I had out the window. She was shocked because she knew I loved that band. Im not political amd really has nothing to do with the situation it was the fact the band IMMEDIATELY caved to social pressure from something that was ultimately legal self defense and ruin a man they personally knew that ran a bar in their hometown named after I believe their recording studio
That was pretty f-d up.
Chad Sexton seems to be an outlier in the group.. he almost quit over politics.. I wonder what his take was over The Hive bar incident..
