That shit about growing up without snow is so real. I grew up in south carolina. It probably only snowed (a thin layer of ice) like once throughout my school years. Moved up to maryland and now it snows multiple times a year and every time I get fuckin hyped like a little kid and play outside in it all day. Horses can heal but you have to be very well off to afford the care. We've had to put down 6 horses in my lifetime so far and only one was due to a leg injury. Alot of owners are incredibly neglectful also unfortunately. Don't buy a horse if you have any kind of life, it's a full-time job
My 8yr old nephew started wresting at 5-6yrs old. His first match the kid got him in a chicken wing, it looked like it hurt so bad, my nephew was near tears (he didn’t know he could tap out) and I was 2ft away on the mat watching. It was so hard to watch him in pain but you’re correct the parents know what they’re singing their kids up for so need to chill, as hard as it is.
